Would not adhere to screen of brand new S10+ and would not allow fingerprint reader to work. I could not press hard enough to set it up. I want my money back

Because the Alpha Flex is entirely adhesive versus solely around the edges, it's rare to see problems like this. The screen protector should conform to the shape of your screen for a flawless fit.

If you're having problems with the application, you can always take the Alpha Flex to a Best Buy or a phone carrier store and they would be happy to apply it for you free of cost!

I bought the alpha flex screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy s10+ and it was a great investment. Its super easy to install perfectly with their method of ligning it up with your phone, and the fact that it fits with their persuit series case and doesn't effect the fingerprint sensor in the screen of my phone are also great features. The screen protector is surprisingly thick feeling but you don't notice it at all once its installed on to the phone, and because its not glass it won't shatter but will still protect your screen very well. All in all this is a great product

Absolutely best protection for my first S10+ Samsung smartphone. It's not bulky, keeps dust and water out. Also bought the flex shield to cover the glass. A friend purchased the flex shield, it cracked but not the phone's glass! Best investment to protect your phone.

Own an OtterBox defender series case with phone. Applied screen protector and lets it 48 hours. Put the phone back in the case and all edges immediately peeled up from the phone. Followed all instructions for cleaning and preparations.
