[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with general functions of the printer, but I cannot the blue tooth working, I've had to hard wire to my main computer and of course cannot print from my other computers. Please send help. Would consider recommending if this were fixed

I bought this printer to replace a 9-year-old HP printer. This printer is faster and has a larger paper tray. The software setup was an easy download. This printer is an excellent home laser printer.
Each copy and each scan has a line on the left side of the first page. We can not get it to go away. It is something within the printer.

We had a previous version of this same printer and it lasted for many years. Liked it so much we replaced it with the updated version of the same printer. Great product for Black and White printing!
The speed and quality are good. The printer cannot print single checks. You will either have to throw them away or order a pack of forms leaders. I strongly suggest ordering the additional paper tray with 500 page capacity.
We use this printer to print and scan between 5 people in the office. We brought a new one because they are great and better than the other printers we have.
