[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I now have had 2 HP LaserJet over the years. And never did I ever have any problems with my old reliable LaserJet 6. I am in the real estate and notary business, and my office needed a hi-speed LaserJet that could print both letter and legal in the same print job. And my print jobs average 200 pages. So I chose the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw, and purchased the 3rd tray for only legal size paper, while dedicating tray 2 for letter sized paper. And let me tell you, this printer is amazing! I download the file and save it to my computer. Then I open the printer software and print. It's that easy. The printer sees the size of the page to print and pulls from the correct tray every time. This printer is installed via wifi to my computer and the connection speed and print speed is great, no lags at all. I then take the documents to my client's home to get them signed. Then it's back to the office where I use the incredible "scan to computer" feature to create 200 page PDFs (of both letter and legal size scans) to email back to the lender. I've run almost 2500 pages through this process since I bought the printer a couple weeks ago. My workflow productivity has increased at least 50%. What a great printer this is! Thanks HP. Get yourself one, you won't ever be disappointed. You just cannot beat the reliability and simplicity of this workhorse.

LaserJet for the win!

Amazing All-In-One if you don't need color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a great all in one for our small home office, that could print all of our documents quickly and with high-quality. This one machine replaced our old laser printer and our fax machine, and everything about it is so easy to use. The display is the easiest I've used to navigate, making changing settings a breeze. The web printing is a great feature so you can just send an email to the printer, and it will print it off. Removing and replacing the ink cartridge takes me only 10 seconds. Finally, I cannot get over the quality of the print. The black consistency and accuracy is superb!
Pros: Affordable, Lightweight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This HP LaserJet pro was really easy to setup and install. It took minutes to install, and was really easy to setup to wi-fi. The quality of prints is great, and it prints out the pages fast. This printer is lightweight and fits anywhere doesn't take up much space. I love that it is an all in one it scans, faxes, prints, and does copies.

Fast set up and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We started looking for a new printer and found the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw. The idea of a laser printer was more appealing since it more cost efficient and has been quality prints. After unpacking our laser printer, it was a simple plug in the printer and our mobile devices hooked up on their own. I was able to print from my iPhone and iPad with no issues at all. Then we downloaded the PC software and the scanning tool which took literally a few minutes. There is also an option to hook up multiple devices which is great for a small business.
The scanner can send any document or picture to my email, computer or print in seconds. This printer also does 2 sided prints with a 50 pages auto feeder. In just a minute you can have 28 pages printed. I also like that if we have no wireless connection, we can hook up directly to the printer. Another thing I like is this printer is so quiet and energy efficient. The printer comes with all the hookups, toner cartridge and a set up guide.
The color touch screen is about 4.3 inches. It is easy to see and use. You can set the setting according to your print needs or you can manually set up each time you print. There is a feature that allows for different printing qualities so I can print a test sheet at a lower quality before running a lot of prints saving on the toner. There is a USB port for quick use. The on and off button is on the front of the printer.
Having everything I need in a compact printer is such a space saver. This printer can print, scan, copy and fax. Also, it can hold up to 350 pages so less time replacing paper. Another feature I like is I can set up my fax to print me a confirmation page, so I know my documents are sent and received.
What I do not like about this printer is the lack of directions on how to change the toner cartridge. Also, I am old school I like a user manual with troubleshooting which is not included in this printer. Overall, I am happy with my printer.

It saves me money from.having to go to fedex and have them do it for me. I also love that i can copy/scan. This printer is very easy to use.

They are work horse machines. Love the wireless feature! It allows normal print or scan, but I can also connect to it with my phone. Great machines with a great history.
