No pairing with Huawei Phones possible

It's really annoying to buy a smartmatch that doesn't work with your phone. Totally waste of money. By reading many forums in the internet, this problem already exists since month or even years. It is a shame that a company like Garmin can not provide a working software during all this time. Definitely my last product from Garmin. How a company can leave his customers in that situation.

Please reference the below link for information on pairing with Huawei phones. While we are aware that many customers have had issues, we have released multiple updates that are meant to resolve these and improve these customers' experiences.

The Chinese message can't be display on the screen. I hope I can read message in Chinese from my watch.

We aim to offer devices that meet the needs of all of our users, and offer different region-specific devices. It sounds like you need to search for an APAC version of the vivoactive 3 Music in order to use this language fully.

I have had Fitbits for years and was looking for something new. I am not strict to one activity and enjoy tracking everything. It was a little hard to get used to at first but now I love it! Only downfall is I paid extra for the music version of this device and I was disappointed that there isn’t many music apps to pick from. Besides the music I love everything else and am glad I made the switch to Garmin!

Connect app is constantly crashing

I received my vivo music Today and downloaded the app, but the app is constantly crashing on my iphone x.

I have run just over 200 miles with this watch and love it. it is spot on and the music player is great. Bluetooth is a bit spotty when worn on the left wrist for some reason. but over all a great running accessory.

I bought this at the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon Expo the day before the first Marathon I had ran in 9 years. I really wanted something to finally show me my pace and distance. I could have gotten that with a lot of garmin watches but I decided to get this one specifically because it is the first watch that can play music without the need of your phone!!! Imagine.. running without your phone. I would feel practically naked and it would be wonderful!!!! It took a lot of getting used to and setting up the apps and the connect account, but once that was done it was smooth sailing from there on out. The volume is great and the touchscreen feasibility is impressive. There are so many different running apps you can include on this it is amazing!! It even gave me goals and challenges to accomplish! Which I absolutely obliterated the following day when I ran the marathon!! Once I recover I will be using this watch every day of my life and I couldn't imagine going without it. Especially with the Google Pay added to it. Now I no longer need my wallet!!

Easier to Use than it appears

I took my first ride today using only the Vivoactive. The information that it captured and produced in the mobile app is incredible and automatically linked it to my Strava account. I had been using Fitbit and purchased the Charge 3. It is terrible and I returned it. While the Garmin is twice the price it is worth every penny.
