Won’t play music and often has issues, very disapp

Lots of issues but most recently it won’t play music which is one of the main reasons for purchasing it. Long runs are now music less. Not worth the hype.

Broke after 14 months

I was very excited for my first Garmin watch. I received it July 2019. The music feature was a little clunky, but eventually I got it to work. By the summer of 2020, the battery stopped holding its charge for more than 12 hours. And by September 2020 the watch wouldn't turn on at all.

Horrifyingly complicated, won't work after weeks t

Bought 3 weeks ago, still can't get it to connect to the wifi or reliably connect to the phone or headphones. Brought it back to return it and was convinced it would work if only we just used Spotify. Nope, that didn't help. Too many apps and devices are required - 3 different garmin apps, one of which doesn't work on phones so you have to use your computer, plus the headphone software. Am returning it now for good.

Disappointed - now useless

Since it will not charge anymore it is useless. Have tried everything found on internet and nothing helps.

So i have been a garmin user since the vivoactive HR came out. Upgraded to a vivoactive 3 muwic last year. Last December 24, I encountered a problem with my watch and the touchscreen, so I promptly reported it to Garmin's customer care team. They just asked details,videos and photos of the concern and processed an exchange within the same day with no questions asked!! After a few weeks of waiting, given it was a holiday, I receive a replacement free of charge!! Amazing customer service! It goes to show how they value you as a customer who believes in their product. I will be a garmin user for life and will continue to recommend this brand to all my friends.. Keep up the good work! Kudos to Mitch and the rest of the team for facilitating this..
