TOO complicated

The watch changes modes every few days and I can't reset it. It constantly buzzes, times everything which probably eats up the battery. No instructions came with it and my Duke PHD relative who lives and breathes tech gear spent 30 minutes trying to figure it out, was successful, and now it has reverted back to the buzzing and stop watch, no watch face and no step counts. The first month worked fine and now it has a mind of its own. I refuse to spend a 100 hours to try and figure out a watch, NOT A GEEK, will try a competitor.

The Best!

I've had my eye on this item for months, but had an Apple Watch that worked perfectly fine... my wife surprised me with the vivoactive 3 Music for my birthday, and this watch is honestly they best smart watch I've ever worn. It has everything I need, looks better, and easy to operate! The accuracy seems to be better as well.

Love the screen settings

I bought this watch and I love it however, the first day I noticed the display had an odd scratch. It’s durable because I’ve banged it up against things and not another scratch has surfaced making me upset that I didn’t immediately take it back when I noticed first day. I feel like it came with a scratch unfortunately.

Great well rounded fitness watch

This is my first fitness watch/wearable fitness tracker and I am very satisfied. The battery lasts 5+ days for me, and the GPS tracking is more accurate than my phone. The main feature I use is the all day calorie tracker (including sleep/exercise) to help my diet coincide better with more/less active days. I do really enjoy the step/stair tracker along with the move reminders as they help give me daily general moving goals to maintain. This checks all of the boxes of what I wanted, good battery life, easy to use, good mobile app, and tracking calories/activities.
My only complaint is the music playback, as the volume control only supports a very limited selection of headphones. I purchased a pair of JBL Reflect Flows to use with this only to find out I was unable to change the volume in the watch for them.

Great Smartwatch for Running

To start off, I've only had the watch a few days. The watch itself is very light, the touchscreen is great, and side button is convenient.
I didn't realize you had to download a seperate app to download the modules onto your watch. I don't understand why there needs to be a seperate app to download but nice that you have the option you download what you like and not have to use items that aren't relevant to you.
Running and stress stats have been great so far! Looking forward to using it more

Syncing Issues for Apple Users
