Tough to move between modes

I like the look of each screen, but accessing music while using the stopwatch is cumbersome.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the interface. I would encourage you to go to our support page as there is helpful information on setting up the device as well as other pieces of information. Also you can make contact with our support staff as well from out website for further assistance.
When I try to sync my headbuds with my Garmin, it will show on the screen that it sees them but when it tries to sync it just spins and spins and then ask me if I want to try again.

Works with Airpods + Spotify

I needed a cordless option for my workouts and the vivoActive 3 Music works great. No more tangled headphones or lugging around my phone during my workouts. I have Spotify Premium and the app allows music downloads to watch. Exactly what i needed.

Great features terrible display

Change the display to oled and I’ll buy it again. Had to return because I couldn’t deal with the dim screen.

Sorry to hear about your experience with this watch. The back light is designed to allow the device to be seen in low light conditions such as during a run at night. During an activity the back light is set to 100% but outside of an activity it goes based on the setting chosen. If you are having issues with being able to see the display we would recommend adjusting that setting to make it brighter.

I got this for Fathers day and notifications from phone won't work I did a reset work for 10 minutes and stop again .Bee seeing a lot of complaints about this

Sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the device, it is possible there is a software update needed and since there seems to be a phone to device issue you may need to use a computer to properly update. You can usually update via the Connect App and phone but if your device is multiple updates behind then the computer will better support the update file transfer.
I would encourage you to go to our support site and check the software on the device, also from there you can contact our staff for further assistance if you are still having notification issues.

Cannot download music, cannot play and have headphones work, need to manually enter strength training, steps are not accurate. Am returning device.
