Missing Spotify

The entire reason I purchased this watch was to listen to my Spotify music. Such a disappointment.

We understand that Spotify is a major player in music streaming and hope to be able to announce more compatible devices soon. Garmin is not able to force any music provider to come on board as this requires development from both Garmin, as well as the music provider. We hope to be able to meet the needs of all of our customers, regardless of what music service they use, but this will take time.

Accurate Stats!

I swapped out 3 Fitbit Charge 3’s via customer service and shipping back and forth. When 3rd one was putting me over 20 flights of stairs when I hadn’t walked one, I was done. So far, everything seems to be very close if not exact. From steps to heart rate to sleep times (I use a Cpap that keeps track of time as well). Now it’s nice to see the different sleep stages I’m engaging in every night and for how long. So very pleased with my purchase!

Great Multisport Fitness Tracker

Great for tracking workouts etc not great as a smartwatch. Accuracy is fantastic and integration with Strava and MyFitnessPal are pretty semless.

Great fitness watch, not sure about the music part

So I love the watch and how bright the screen is. I can actually see the data while running. I was not able to add music from iTunes and Spotify is a myth. I purchased the watch to connect with Spotify, it was advertised as compatible but no app as of yet.

Extreamly disappointed with quality

I have two different coworkers one with vivoactive 3 without music and one with a forerunner. I was extremely disappointed with appearance of vivoactove 3 with music and will be looking into returning and getting either the forerunner or the vivoactove without music.

Sleep doesn't work

I specifically bought this watch to track my sleep. I have read many forums where people say Garmin devices are not good for sleep. I agree - I have tried for hours but cannot get the sleep data I bought this watch for.

Love the watch! However need computer to download

I already love this new watch and all the features! I bought the vivoactive 3 music so I wouldn’t need to bring a phone on the run. However you need a computer to download the music. But I do not have that - so I can’t use that extra features, which is a bummer. But the watch is great other than that!
