Band is to small

I got this this week and the band is to small and have had to charge it twice in 3 days

Sorry to hear about the issues that you are having. The device uses an industry standard 20 mm band so there are options for getting a better fit. As for the battery charge I would encourage you to use our support site to ensure that the device is up to date with software.

I personally like it really much. I like the widgets, the apps music etc. I think that if it wold have Spotify it wold be easier and better. Thanks garmin in for this awesome watch

It’s Ok. Garmin Vivoactive 3 Music

I bought this a few days ago. I had the Fitbit Ionic before this one and I switched to this because I liked the look better. Now both of the watches are comparable to each other. But from what I have experienced so far, the Fitbit is more accurate and has a user friendly app. I am still getting used the Garmin so maybe i will grow to like it better. And the battery life is less also.

No Spotify

Unfortunately, it was little confusing as your website link shows Spotify as an option. Bought the watch and it no Spotify. Will be returning.

Sorry for the confusion, we understand that Spotify is a major player in music streaming and hope to be able to announce more compatible devices soon. Garmin is not able to force any music provider to come on board as this requires development from both Garmin, as well as the music provider. We hope to be able to meet the needs of all of our customers, regardless of what music service they use, but this will take time.
I really like this watch so far. I wish the watch band was a little more rugged and that you could unsync the headphones. Otherwise the watch has been great.
