The music feature is all but worthless since it does not integrate with spotify and popular music services

We are sorry to hear about the experience you have had and would like to address some of your concerns.
We understand that Spotify is a major player in music streaming and hope to be able to announce more compatible devices soon. Garmin is not able to force any music provider to come on board as this requires development from both Garmin, as well as the music provider. We hope to be able to meet the needs of all of our customers, regardless of what music service they use, but this will take time.
Please reach out to us if you continue to have any questions or concerns as we would like to hear your feedback further, even if negative, to improve this product for you and future users.

Watch will not pair with LG Stylo 2 Plus. Spoke to tech support (Nice guy), but not able to help. Had me remove my HR+. Now I can't pair the 3 Music, and I can't reconnect the HR +. Will have to call back tomorrow. Not done trying, but so far not happy.

Sorry to hear you are having issue like this. I am sure that you have already found our support page dealing with bluetooth issues but just in case I have added the link below for you. I would also ask that you continue to work with our support staff as well to work on a resolution. We cannot always account for all the variables for types of phones out in the market place.
The display is really dark and not very clear or crisp on the wording or numbers. The menus look like they are from the 90’s. The design and band are nice and it does monitor pretty accurately on the step counts and heart rate

Music in the model name; Terrible at playing music

Two pairs of standard bluetooth headphones that work fine with my other devices both had severe dropouts with this watch. One pair works from across the house with my phone, but I’ve read that Garmin suggests SWITCHING WRISTS as a workaround. Laughable. The UI for the player on the watch is also pretty bad.
Gave up on the music thing and got a forerunner 235. Happy with that so far.

Sorry to hear about your experience. I see that you have returned the watch and switched to a Forerunner 235 device.I would encourage you and other customer to use our support site for assistance with any of our devices. Also we cannot account for all bluetooth headphones on the market but we do have a list linked below of compatible headsets.
its probably a good device if I could figure out how to use it and set it up. Pretty complicated . I may have jumped off the deep end with this.

I bought recently cause I really wanted run with my musics. I use Spotify and Deezer, well... to be honest I use Spotify in general and I have to say that I miss it at vivoactive 3 music. I also have airpods and I felt some dificults to empar my airpods at vivoactive 3, perhaps I need to say that I didnt have this dificults wit my JBL. The smartwatch is a powerfull tool, but your shop apps are too small and this is so frustrant

Bad battery
on December 18, 2018

I just bought this a few days ago, but since I’m being pestered with writing a review. The watch is pretty awesome except for the battery. Does not seem to hold a charge. Again it’s only been a few days but after charging it, it dropped 10% in about two hours and that’s with gestures off, back light off, gps off, etc. maybe I got a bad one. Going to give it a few more days and see.
