Internal screen crack in its first month... disappointing from Lenovo but it's a gaming beast alright.

Ill take one star = 3.5 rating why? - camera place is really bad, as low as it gets ur nose holes on the screen instead of ur face. - the keyboard is awkward compared to the regular keyboards - Battery will knck out within 1 hour, 30 min if u playing games..
This laptop runs cool and quiet. Performance is great. Nice build quality as well. The power supply is a brick and battery life is poor. Not a laptop you want to be constantly on the go with (heavy). My experience with the lenovo customer service was excellent.
This is the best gaming laptop so far. It has handled every game thrown at it. The only fact I didn't like is the battery. It drains very fast and the battery brick is too giant to carry. Overall it is a great laptop and would recommend.

Bought it exactly 1 year ago ! Product works fine at the beginning but starting to have issue the last months.. heat, black screen... etc. GPU integrated with lenovo motherboard are not good in time.. warranty expired Jan 21, 2021. Strange, the laptop gpu fully crashed the same day !! GPU not usable anymore meaning 1500$ throw away because after spending few days with all type of support line. Don’t dream they will do nothing for you. Expect make you pay a full repair that cost you the price of a new one. Don’t waste your money on this model except if you are willing to change every year. FYI, I used to play league of legend and wow on it. Not huge game in term of resource. if you seem to have heat on the keyboard don’t wait get refund or exchange ASAP.
Cool feature but poor reliability...
And for the customer service just be transparent with your customer don’t let them waist time with people who read a text or protocol without knowing the base element of a laptop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
