Great ears!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this item as a free sample from 3M. Used these at an indoor range and they worked great. As long as you follow the instructions, bluetooth setup isnt hard. Really enjoyed these!

I just recieved these and man are they good! Love the talking feature where you can hear when people are talking to you at the range then blocks out all of the loud sounds.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Happy with it until it broke

I purchased this about 9 months ago with the rechargeable battery thinking "3M means quality!" And it was, every day at work until pop! The headband broke and now won't retain the earcup against my head. This is a HARD PASS until they get the headband designed right.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worthwhile until the hinge broke

Bought a couple of months ago, and initially very pleased but then had the hinges break where it connects to the ear phone. Trying to find ways to repair myself or ways to connect to customer service are onerous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent. Tough to fold.

Excellent Bluetooth and voice status. Can hear talking but not the shooting. Very pleased. Problem with flipping to put in containers. Broken piece when flipped incorrectly, hard to know correct way to fold. Piece 7A is the weak link. Except for that huge frustration, really like the product and bought one for me and my son. Now need to figure how to get a couple piece 7A.

Breaks easily and now is useless

Pure piece of junk. Headband mount for muffs broke. Cannot locate a replacement and not it is going into the garbage.

Fell apart in 3 months

These worked great for 3 months and then they fell apart. I'm a USAF retired veteran (AFSC 2A617A "Jet Engine Specialist") who has used aIl kinds of hearing protection throughout my career. I bought these for my current job testing Jet Engines at a test facility that requires hearing protection. I thought these were a major upgrade with the new technology that we currently have but I was wrong. I have the same issue that everyone else is having. Mine broke around the earpiece on both side These things break way too easy for a 3M product. Very disappointed.
