Amazing sound and sound cover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work in a very noisy place so I wanted to see if this would help me. There and out shooting. Took it to work and I was simply amazed at how much noise it knocked out. I work around a lot of raw brass castings that make a lot of noise going from container to machine that it hard to hear doing but this makes the noise sound like a little bump instead of a big bang. Also I use a hand radio to talk to others and these help me hear the radio better over the noise in the plant. Another plus is it knocks down all the air noise that comes from the machines. Love it and would recommend it to anyone. A very nice feature on it is I can turn the amount of sound I want to come out of it depending on what conditions are around me.I got this as a sample to try but I would pay and will be paying to get another pair.

Great Hearing Protection

The headphones were very easy to set up and they were very comfortable as well. The headphones did a great job of protecting my hearing. I will be using them when I am shooting in the future.

They easily connect to my phone via bluetooth to allow me to listen to music or take a phone call, both things I would not have been able to do using standard hearing protection. They are also great at protecting your hearing while still being able to clearly hear people talking. The buttons are also easy to access, and very intuitive, allowing operation without removing them. These are great for a day at the range! 3M gave me a free sample of this product to evaluate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Peltor Sport Tactical 500 Electronic Hearing Protector headphones really surprised me! These are a quality made product and are great to use. I tried these right out of the package by putting in batteries and then tried them on.I was able to hear conversation much more clearly than with the naked ear.The Tactical 500 has far more effective noise suppression and delivers more and clearer ambient sounds including voices. Microphones are top-notch and sound very natural. Bluetooth is amazing, clear and fast. I received a call and it worked flawlessly. Phone conductivity is straightforward. Phone calls come through and you can talk while shooting is going on from a short distance no problem. I connect my phone to listen to music, I just turn down the active listening volume and the earmuffs keep the sound out.These are rugged built for quality. The headset noise dampens loud sudden noises while allowing me to actually hear better than without them. . The headphones are very comfortable and easy to use. The ear pads are thick and comfortable. The button is easy to push and find to turn on the headphones . I was so impressed with the noise control. Loud noises are some how diminished and low noises such as talking are perfectly clear through these headphones. I highly recommend these headphones for hearing protection, answering calls and for listening to music while in a heavy noise area, or gun range.
