The inside charger connection will break

Great product…but my last 2 have broken inside where the charger connects allowing it not to be charged

Don’t last long.

This is my second pair to fail in the same spot. The wiring is prone to failure. They are great until the brittle/cheap wires break. Then you’re stuck with heavy ear muffs. I hope they improve the design and quality of the components.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lasted only one year

During the 2nd year of use, when charging with the correct recommended rechargeable battery installed, the LED light doesn't light.
There is nothing wrong with the cables, and I've tried many different ones that fit. At this price I was expecting at least 10 years of good service, I only got one year and now I'm stuck with an expensive rechargeable battery that I have no other use for.

Not enough protection for my hearing

I like these for not so loud woodworking environments, but when I mow or use a router they do not provide me with nearly enough noise protection. When mowing they produce a horrible low frequency pressure and even with the volume all the way up you can barely hear any audible sound from my Bluetooth device. The comfort level is pretty good, compared to most hearing protection. But I do not feel that I am getting enough protection so I will probably end up returning. This was the highest rating available for dB selection at our Menards, so maybe I will have to look online for a better dB rating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very good Ear muff with a Very bad Wire quality

I bought this item on July 2021 and still wear it till now.
The good about this 3M "WorkTunes" are:
1. It has a voice volume max limit so we won't hear extra loud sound.
2. The sound detail is pretty good, but we cannot compare with audiophile headphone. The bass is not too deep but okay, the treble is there / so so( I can't take high frequency), the mid is decent.
3. Battery wise is good, I wear it for 8 hours shift for 5 days and it still has 10% to 20% power
4. Casing durability is great, I knock it with rebar many times but the cap casing still in good condition, maybe only scratch.
5. If u are in the warm weather, I suggest to buy with the gel pad, it helps so much, so your ear won't be sweating so much and become stink like vinegar.
6. Sound respond is very good, it can be compared with a mid to high end headphone.
The good about this 3M "WorkTunes" are:

good product, defective charging port. disapointed

The headphones are comfortable and the battery life is very good. Until the USB port stops charging.

Work great but can't repair if they quit charging

3m worktunes are a great product and work great for playing music while cutting grass or Being able to stay available for phone calls in noisy places. My grandson even likes thim to use just to listen to his music or u tube....The problem I've had is the charging port. Gets where you can't charge them. I've owned two pairs now, the first pair lasted about 2 years before the port quit working. The second pair, the charging port retainer clip pulled out with the cord only after having them about 6 months. Has 1 year warranty but I have no idea where the receipt is..... so now I have 2 pair of that I can't get fixed... the sad part is I'll most likely buy another set.
