charger port breaks

I bought these one year ago and used them when I mow lawn at home. They seem to muffle sound okay but not completely. You can hear music fairly well. My issue was the charger port is not only hard to get connected but broke off inside which renders the headset useless..unless I can find another way to charge the battery. Im not sure this is worth the price at this point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great!.... Untill

I bought these just over a year ago. I loved them immediately. I have had many people ask me about this ear protection, and many have invested in their own pair. After just over a year the speakers started to crackle, and now one ear is barely audible. This has also been the case with 3 other people I know who have purchased these headphones.
Unfortunately they seem to only last a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t last!

I bought these just over a year ago , pads lasted 6 months and now they say batteries are dead all the time. Wasted money…. I told my company not to purchase these anymore…

Stopped Working

I bought these about 2 months ago from my place of employment. They worked great up until last week. While I was cutting my grass they just shut off with no warning and will not come back on. I’m very dissatisfied with this product. At this time I cant recommend them to our customers.

Nice headset, until you can't charge anymore.

Very nice sounding headset and very easy to use. It would be nice if the volume got a little louder as well. I thought the quality was great until charging port pushed into the plastic housing and it is now impossible to charge. I am sure there is an easy way to fix it, but I cant figure out how to get it apart. From what I read, It is common problem. Hopefully 3M fixes this problem on future models.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wiring flaw going into ear muff

These are actually a great product when they work well, but this is the 2nd pair that I have gotten that developed this problem. The wiring at the grommet that goes into the left side ear muff is extremely weak and will start to break with normal wear. The wiring just bends at that point and will just one day stay become intermittent and then finally just fail. I called customer service August 24th 2021 (Case # 26193720) and was sent a new pair. This pair is now the ones that are failing. I have also noticed that my batter when fully charged will only identify as being at medium charge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loved them! No longer hold charge

Loved them. Second set. Only charge when completely dead. One year on this pair now do not hold charge. Same thing happened to first pair.

Great until they're not

Like other reviews, mine had the wires fray at the ear cups. I've had for 14 months, so now they're out of warranty of course. They were also a gift so I definitely don't have the receipt anyway. A problem as common as this should be fixed/replaced without a receipt and regardless of the length of time owned. I didn't read all the reviews but the ones I did read all frayed between 12 and 18 months. So, out of the warranty period anyway.
I did love these. They worked and sounded great. But if I'm going to have to be buying a new pair every 14 months, I think I'll just grab another brand that may last longer.
