Bad design for charging port, second failed pair

This is the second pair I've had fail. The first was a Christmas 2019 gift that was DOA. Those were exchanged for this current pair, which has had the charge port break off inside the earpiece. And it is approximately 1 year to the day that it has failed. I love the hearing protection and capabilities of these, but the fragile charge port is a fatal design flaw.

Worktunes review. Loses sound in one ear

I had mine for just under 2 months and I turned them on and now only one side is working. I bought 3 pair and thats why I replace them. This time though, it happened much faster.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

Received these headphones for Christmas last year (Xmas 19) and was excited to receive them. Bluetooth was very easy to setup, the best part of the product. I wish the noise reduction was a bit better for an over the ear solution for hearing protection. The sound quality is adequate for the job, and is nice when a call comes in if you connect to your phone. Biggest concerns were the battery life while using, how long the battery lasts between uses, and now, it won't even take a charge. Thought it was the cable, and the USB jack on my Husky workbench, but hang tested other USB cables, and still won't charge.

Favourite headphones

Got these as a gift from my workplace before I went back to university. I used to love them on night shifts when there was nobody else around, and they make it very easy to pause music if you need to talk. Incredible battery life, and I've really put them through the ringer.
Now that I'm at school, I use them every day to drown out the sound of a busy house while I study. Typically I would have to up my volume to drown out my environment, but these block sound so well that I feel like I'm protecting my ear drums. I personally choose these over my AirPods while I study.
Only disappointment is that I can't use them while they're charging off of my computer, however this isn't what the product was designed for so I won't let it affect my review.

Battery Charging uncertain

This is my second set. Both work fine with my iPhone. Battery life seems to be very good. When I do charge the new set I just bought, the 90544 with gel ear pads, the charge light quits blinking indicating a full charge but it doesn't indicate full on my iPhone. I had to charge it several times to get it out of a medium charged state. Is this normal that the charge cycle stops before the battery is fully charged? Otherwise I have enjoyed using them. No problems so far except when I wear the regular 90543 pair my ears hurt so bad from touching the inside of the ear cup I have to take them off. This is the reason I spent $20 more to get the gel pads. Got me 3M! Haha

Problem with volume

Have connected the headset to several devices without any problem. But with my Garmin Fenix 6 smartwatch, the volume goes up to the maximum and stays there. I can use the watch's volume control to adjust the volume, but immediately afterward it again goes up to the max level, which defeats the usefulness of a hearing protector. Garmin apparent;y can't do anything, can you help ?

Best bluetooth muffs, but they don't last

I love mine, all three pairs I've had in the last two and a half years. They just are not built well enough to last more than a year in a workshop environment using on a daily basis. I somehow shoved the connection for the charging cord up into the headphones on the first pair. The wire connections come loose in months. I'm at a loss.
