Works as intended but uncomfortable

I bought this product 6 months ago, my first impressions were very good. I work in a quarry a very noisy, dirty and rough environment. There is no better place to put your product to the test. The overall build quality is great, the sound quality and bluetooth range are remarkably good when considering the affordable price. I also see an advantage in the simplicity and long battery life. Although I do have one concern keeping me from giving this product a 5 star rating and that is the fact that these muffs get very uncomfortable after around 8 hours of use (I work 11-14 hour days). The problem is the hard yellow plastic ridges on the mounting plates inside of the muffs. If you already have a solution or perhaps a different design of replacement cushions I could buy please let me know.

Good but not solid

Needs improvement kn the loose wires for second earcup connection. Hide it . My wires for the 3rd time have come loose or stop feeding sound

Fantastic!

I’ve owned my set for 6 months. I use them daily. I generally stream podcasts from my phone. The battery lasts the entire week, though it ran dead one Friday so now I tend to charge them in the middle of the week also. These connect to my phone the moment they’re turned on, fast. They also don’t have an annoying light. The phone call quality is great too. I’ve recommended these to other people who I’ve worked with. Solid value as I tend to break headphones every couple of months and these have lasted longer than most. I also appreciate that I don’t have to try to wear earbuds inside my over ear protection.

Great product but...

I’ve had these for almost a year now and they been great since I work outside at a local airport. They could use a volume boost though! But now that I’ve had them this long they seem to not charge all the way before the blue light stops blinking! And I’ve noticed that they’re beginning to not hold a charge! What’s the warranty on these? Can the battery be replaced! Can I send these in to get fixed or replaced?!

Protection is great: Bluetooth is not.

All summer I have been wearing earbuds under a different pair of 3M muffs. This allowed me to have music while I used my backhoe and mowers. I purchased these because I kept catching my earbud cord on nearly everything.
What a disappointment. The same phone that connects to my various Bluetooth speakers from as far as 25-50 feet cannot even stay connected to the new WorkTunes from my pocket while I am wearing them. Anytime my arm, hand or shoulder gets between the phone and WorkTunes the audio drops. Maybe the outer shell is built of such a good quality material that it blocks the RF. I don't know the reason but these are not anywhere near usable unless the Bluetooth source can be kept above your shoulders.
As far as the sound quality, when they connect, this was much better than I expected. The bass notes go really low and the highs were acceptably crisp. I was pleasantly surprised. My music taste ranges from Techno to classical and I was not let down. No they are not HiFi speakers but for protecting my hearing while allowing me to break-the-silence I would say they are better than many of the headphones found in the electronics department at you favorite stores.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Failed to charge after 5 months

I used for five months and then they won't charge anymore, so they're junk.

Worked great until I bought a new iphone.

I bought a new iphone (7plus to 11 max), and now the headphones won't pair in bluetooth. Any help from 3M or anybody else would be great.
