Great hearing protection, poor quality control

These are the most comfortable headset I have ever owned. I would have preferred more padding on the overhead connection. Tends to grind fairly quickly, even with a hat on. After the first use, the left gel muff fell off. I could not get it to reattach. I am going to try to get warranty repair, but I did not expect 3M to sell a product defective from the start.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worked great at first

Battery life is still very good lasts all day after about a year, how the output volume has steadily deteriorated over time. The quality of sound is still good but they ARE NOT loud enough at full volume to hear anything while using any yard equipment or even vacuuming the house. I have fully disassembled and meticulously cleaned the speakers with no improvements.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Both the Bluetooth and using a cable don't work. Total garbage. Don't waste your money.

Almost indestructible

I bought my work tunes about 4 years ago. They have severed me very well. Even though 2 years ago though my daughter (not listening) put them on the trimmer rack on my open trailer instead of in the cab. I have a route I usually drive and where they fell off we are usually going about 60 mph. When I found them the next day they where scattered over 2 different yards ear muff here foam insert there. I was able to find almost all the pieces except the volume nobe and one of the speakers. Took it back home snapped it back together robbed a speaker out of another set that mostly destroyed and tada working again. These are pretty tuff to survive such a tumble and still work. I hate to work without them. Great product.

Innovative product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This headset is very well made and rugged. Adjustable and fits nice and snug on your head. It's easy to setup with one button which controls pairing, call functions and audible battery level. Out of the box it had a medium charge and after using it for an hour and a half at a moderate level there was still a medium charge left. The sound is well balanced and it does a great job of blocking outside noise. They will work good while running the lawn mower or in a noisy environment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing Ear Protection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M provided me with a pair of the Work Tunes to test and evaluate, and I was eager to give them a test drive.
First, the noise canceling is far superior to any other ear protection I have...add in the Bluetooth capabilities and they become even better. I tried them out in my garage/shop and was amazed by how much better they were than the ones I bought at my big-box home improvement store. The sound of my table saw and vacuum combination was just a soft hush. They are also much more comfortable.
I then paired my phone to the Work Tunes and had my wife call me to test that feature......excellent. You will still need to turn off the equipment to use the phone....
I have very little music on my phone, but the sound quality was quite good.
I will likely use these in my shop and while doing yard work......especially mowing. I will be able to get phone calls and may listen to music on a limited basis.
