Great headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Amazon Dot in my shop that I bluetooth connected to these headphones. The music quality is excellent. I was also impressed the the noise eliminating quality of these headphones.

Comfortable fit, volume level is a little low

So far the best use I’ve had with these has been while traveling. The audio volume combined with noise reduction is acceptable for low noise environments. Volume is very low for high noise environments, really wish it was a little louder for mowing the lawn and work environment. Dynamic range seems a little narrow. My earbuds sound better. Think I’ll just stick to earbuds under muffs. The wireless hearing protectors/headphones are well made just a little quiet, obviously designed to further hearing protection...but I feel that should be a user-controlled volume limit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello! Thank you for leaving your review. The unit is first and foremost a hearing protector and will only get to a certain level of dB. However, with the Safe Volume Control feature on this design, it actually has a higher dB limit on it than our previous model. The only thing we can think of is that you may have it on the lower set dB (limiter), rather than the default Safe Volume Control (Dosimeter). To see if that is it, please use the following steps to set your unit in to the Safe Volume Control (Dosimeter) mode:
• Unit needs to be off
• Press and hold Power Button and Center of Tuning Dial together
• Voice Assist will say, “Settings Menu”
• Press Center Dial to toggle between menu items.
• Stop when you hear either, “Dosimeter” or “Limiter” (not “Dosimeter Default Setting”)
• Turn Scroll Wheel to toggle between “Dosimeter” and “Limiter”
• “Dosimeter” is the “Safe Volume Control” technology
• “Limiter” is to be used if the user wants to keep the max limit set at 82 decibels
• Press “Function” key to exit once the desired setting is chosen
If you have any questions or concerns please contact our support team at 1-800-494-3552 M-F 8am-5pm CT.

Great hearing protection with music while working!

I bought these after a co-worker showed up with a pair. The hearing protection against loud, consistent noice from machinery is amazing. They buffer out the noice but allow you to still hear, etc., the announcements on the intercom. Because I can keep my iphone on a volume 2 while working makes me even more stoked because I'm not damaging my hearing by having to turn up the volume! I highly recommend this product. FYI, I work in a busy plant with lots of machinery, heavy metal equipment, and lots of noise. These little muffs made my 12-hours shifts fly by!

A good set

As hearing protection goes, these are great. Extremely disappointed that there is no volume control. I spend a lot of time listening to audiobooks and some of them are not recorded with much in the way of volume level. With only one button, a good feature, it would have been nice to have the choice of 3 to 5 levels to allow users to compensate for low record volumes or preexisting hearing loss. I will recommend this, but with caveats.

Very mixed review

Purchased these online about a month ago. Fit and comfort is good. Ability to take a call while wearing them is great! Connectivity with my iPhone is reasonable - but when I try to connect to a Windows laptop at work, it either won't connect period (usually), or on the odd time it will, the connection will randomly just drop off. Also, a simple link to a current drive on THIS site would really be beneficial! As it stands, I'm counting on the flaky Windows update to install a driver.
