Phone won't detect Bluetooth

I'm really disappointed to do my work in silence. I could have achieved that for much less cost.
My phone won't detect my headphones at all. It's really frustrating.

Not HiFi

Hearing protection is great. Easy at wear. No complaints about it. I'm big music fan and listen it a lot. But I wonder where is that HiFi promised. Sound have plenty of mid tones, but poor treble and almost no bass at all. So sound is not bad at all, but HiFi is surely misleading.

Bluetooth keeps dropping. Very frustrating

I bought these for myself after Christmas so I could use for yard work. Now that it is spring, I was excited to start using them. But the music comes in and out because the Bluetooth connection keeps dropping. Very frustrating. The headphones are comfortable and easy to use. But what is the use if the headphones can't maintain the Bluetooth connection.

Bluetooth Needs Attention from 3M

Nice to be able to have sound blocking with communication capabilities. In addition to the number of reviews detailing a variety of bluetooth problems, since these are likely to be used in hazardous conditions, it's a major omission not to have the ability to use google voice commands in an emergency such as making a phone call for help using voice.

Complete volume loss in one ear--twice

I purchased my first pair of these headphones in 2018 to use at work (I work in a metal shop with belt grinders and hammering) and listen to audiobooks or music. They are very comfortable, and I only have to charge them once a week. I do not have an issue with the overall volume, but I also do not (yet) have hearing damage. However, 4 months into owning them, the side with the power button lost 90% of the volume. The other ear was maybe slightly reduced as I found myself needing to turn up the volume past my usual setting on my phone, but it still worked well enough to hear what I was listening to. I troubleshot it as a phone issue at first, and then knew it was the headphones. Even adjusting the L/R volume distribution, the powered-side would not produce sound enough to hear at all. I contacted 3M and sent in that first pair, and they sent me a replacement no problem. I've now had the replacement pair for several months and the same problem happened! I dealt with it for a while but am now tired of only hearing my audiobooks in my left ear, so I have since bought a third pair (the second I've paid for). I'm not sure if I should bother sending the other pair back. I wish I could find any other pair of bluetooth (NO RADIO) safety-rated headphones. I would buy those. Alas, 3M seems to have cornered the market. I really hope I don't have a problem with the new pair, but we'll see. Right out of the box just now the new ones sound great in both ears.

Same complaint with the wires

I bought this even though a lot of the complaints are about the wires. Trying to be as careful not to bend them, the outer black sheeting still is breaking and one side it cutting out at times. Not a bad product to use at all. Hands free music and phone calls, just this problem. Hopefully it will be made tougher next design.

these work great for playing music through. the only complaint i have is they should have made it deeper for your ears. when you put them on your ear presses against the plastic shell and after a while it begins to hurt. if they fixed that problem i would have 0 issues.
