Happy with them until they stopped working

I've had these for about a year, not used heavily and they started shutting off randomly and not turning on. I opened them up and 2 of the tiny wired had pulled themselves out of their solders. Definitely not built for longevity.

Lacking quality

First set made 13 months until one side quit working. Decided to purchase another set, ultimately handled the new pair very cautiously. It's been 6 months and the wire covering on both sides have failed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All most had a fire charging the head phones

Went to charge it with the charger that came with it and it melted. Close to starting a fire!!! Has anyone else had this happen?

Great and simple set of headphones

I'm a greenskeeper so I use these headphones outside whilst mowing and the like and I think they're great - the sound quality is important to me and they do a wonderful job. I also need to be able to answer calls from others in my team and my headphones allow me to do that efficiently. I am cautious to use them in the rain because I can't seem to find anything to say if they're waterproof or splashproof even so, are they? I can see that I shouldn't immerse them in water but that isn't clearly saying whether or not to use them in the rain.
I would recommend this to a friend!

From Great to Useless

Was a birthday gift in December 2020 and has been used infrequently on a small residential construction site. Must say they were great, well fitting, snug, good sound, I was pleased. But then.... perhaps the 8th use, they just stopped working. Won't charge or turn on. DISAPPOINTING! Then to look on this site and see the number of poor reviews surprised me - please tell me 3M that it was a bad batch of products and you've discovered a solution and improved your product. Please tell me you do not intentionally produce a disposable product. Please!

Fantastic except usb charging port broke

I bought this and used it for a few weeks and then came back to use 6 months later. On the third use, it stopped charging. Tried different cables and chargers but it seems the USB port is broken. Seems lots of people have the same problem.

They had a great product an absolutely ruined it

They had a great product an absolutely ruined it used to you could hear yourself talk, and could hear the people on the other end absolutely perfect, now this new model I tried three of the Bluetooth models and returned them each time thinking it was a defective unit because you couldn’t hear the people and you cannot hear yourself talking on it so therefore you’re yelling to try to talk to them, and you have to go to a quiet room to be able to hear them, however the Bluetooth feature is justFine, I got a different version which offers AM/FM and Bluetooth and it had the same problem, and I had to buy an extra battery and now within two months the charging port has went out I’m taking this garbage back

Left side quit

Bought these and they worked great for a few months. I just went to start mowing and the left side no longer plays anything. The assistant voice doesn't play in the left side, so I'm confident it's the headset and not a connection issue.
