I seem to have trouble wearing these for more than 5-6 hrs, and need to know if the foam ear pads are replaceable? I have other hearing protection with gel pads and they are the best for comfort but are corded. If I could replace the pads with gel I would give these 5 stars.

Great noise reduction

Just bought these and I am totally happy with the noise reduction and the sound level for playing music while I work. However the Safety Officer where I work will not accept them as there is no actual label on them stating that they have a rating of NRR 24 db. Why is there no label on them confirming this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good!, For 3 Months.

I got these for a Christmas gift and loved them for 3 months. Made my work experience enjoyable. The charge lasted forever but now when I go to charge them they will not charge no matter what I do. They are useless to me now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cannot connect to my iPhone 10

Is this product compatible with iPhone 10, X?
I tried to pair with double press of the on/off button but my iPhone does not 'see' the 3M?
What else can I do other than taking it back to the vendor?

I bought these and they worked great with my iPhone 6. I upgraded my phone to the 10 and they no longer will connect. Sad /:(

General construction typical 3M High Quality

I have owned 2 pairs of these for use by myself and others. We use them for yard work, tractor work, etc. Up until about a week ago they have been great (although volume is limited, but maybe a regulation). A week ago I noticed that one would not charge unless the cord was exactly in the right place. a day or so later and there is nothing but a hole where the micro USB was. I switched to the other pair and looked very carefully and you could see that the micro usb metallic connector was loose. With 2 charges, it also fell off and is bouncing around inside the headset. These have been great devices until now, and we are missing them. Will call 3M Monday and see what to do. Shame to throw them out. Found quite a few other web comments around regarding exactly the same problem. Wonder if it is a trend. Would have been 5 stars, but can no longer charge them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great sound, not so great call quality

I've had mine for a few months now and love using them to mow my yard and use any power tools while listening to podcasts. The battery life has been good, and the sound quality is also good. I don't recommend using these for Bluetooth phone calls, however, as the headphones pick up so much ambient noise through the microphone that the other person says it sounds like I'm talking to them from the other side of a large room, and they end up hearing anything I'm handling - even paper - more than me. Otherwise, they're great for Bluetooth audio from my Samsung Galaxy S7 and now my Google Pixel 3.
My only other complaint is with the charging port. These headphones use a mini-USB charging cable, the same as nearly every Android phone for the past few years (until the new USB-C standard started), which is fine because I have extra cables around the house. The problem, however, is that the charging port on my headphones broke off inside the ear cup today, and now I can no longer charge them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

not to be used around communication radios

I bought this 2 months ago and one set started sounding weird after a week of use, then stop getting sound all together, i purchased a second set and it now has no volume on the left side, when i use my Motorola radio i noticed the sound would cut if it was playing if it wasn't playing music it would make a high pitch sound, the WIFI is bad too, not good enough for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
