Perfect while I work in my yard!

I could enjoy my music clearly while my hubby was working in garage on his gear. I love the cordless feature and it was so easy to set up. Only complain is, wish it was little compact and lightweight.

It's nice to be able to use them while doing yard work and not have to worry about cords getting in the way. The sound is pretty good too. Even with the lawn mower running I can hear clearly.

Good Sound From An Easy To Use Wireless Headset

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wireless headset is a great addition to my homes work bench. The headset comes with easy to follow instructions for set up - just add batteries and you are up and running. My first project was to see how easy the device was to pair with my IPhone and it was very easy with just couple of presses on the headset and confirming the device on the phone. Once I put the device on my head it took a few moments to get acclimated with location placement of the buttons (volume for example). The fit was snug on my head and seemed to do a great job blocking outside noise while providing a good sound from the device. I live in a rural area and the AM FM tuner seemed to pick up the stations that I listen to - those are less than 50 miles from my home. Since the first trial run I have used it several times in high noise environments (mowing and weed trimming) without any noise issues. In my opinion it does an excellent job lowering the outside noise level to allow you to hear your devise well. The two things that drop a star for me are more personal reasons. The first is related to fit - it seems to be a bit sung on my head - after an hour of wearing it I begin to feel a bit of pressure so I begin pulling it off and repositioning it. That's a bit troublesome but I typically only wear the device for a little over an hour at a time. The second is related to the radio tuning - the scan function is fine but it does not encourage you to go between FM stations much with a direct tune - but I really just use it with my phone so its not a huge issue. All in all, I would suggest this item to family and friends - its reasonably priced and very effective in my home application by providing hearing protection and streaming entertainment via Bluetooth. I was asked to try this WorkTunes Wireless Headset by 3M, provided to me at no cost, in exchange for an honest review.

The only down fall I would say would be when you use the AM/FM and turn it to another station a voice comes on telling me the station which get kind of annoying at awhile.

great noise canceling and a great user interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the product free from 3m for review, as fro hearing protection they work great. the am and FM controls are great allowing you to fine tune your station choice and also a scan feature to the stations with the strongest signals, the headphones also tell what station you are on. The Bluetooth works great interfacing with my android phone without any issues, you can control the pause and next track feature from the worktunes,so there is no need to to take your phone out. Battery life was good on standard aaa batteries. my only complain about the worktunes comes in on the volume side of it if the headphones went up one more click i would have loved them, some music i stream is all different quality's so not all of it was as loud as i wanted. but other than that the worktunes worked great, these worktunes were reviewed by my husband a mobile truck mechanic

Amazing Product - Safety & Beautiful Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the 3M WorkTunes Wireless headphones as a free sample last week to evaluate. At first I was skeptical due to a previous purchase of another brand for use while riding my mower which didn't perform well. But I sat down when the box arrived and read the instructions carefully before use and found that they are simply amazing! Many of the reviews have problems with this unit solely because they fail to read the operating instructions FIRST! Setting the FM stations (stores up to 50 stations!) I love was so easy and made my ride so enjoyable. I also tried it with my MP3 player using the bluetooth capability - the sound is as if you are in a concert hall - top notch! Best of all it blocks nearly all the noise outside to make your chores enjoyable. The 24 dB(A) rating is perfect for my use and better than most Noise Reduction Ratings on other available devices of comparable use/functionality. I also love that the hearing protectors fit great over my hat. The headset also has a 'safe volume technology' which automatically corrects the audio levels to ensure safe listening. I can't say enough about this product. It is the best noise cancelling headphone set I have found with all the functionality one could ever want.

Wonderful Speakers and Noise Reduction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely thrilled with these WorkTunes Headphones. They fit great on my medium to large head and are completely comfortable on my ears, which is rare. I am always listening to audio books or music and I have such a difficult time with outside noise. Especially right now, in the Spring, with all the windows and storm door window open, The neighbors are so loud at times, I can barely hear myself think, so with these, I can block everyone out and take myself away in a good book or through my music or just let the AM/FM radio play when I am working and trying to concentrate. The blue tooth is a lifesaver because I have everything I love on my phone or computer and without the Bluetooth, I would be totally lost. I also use them when I clean house to block out the washer and vacuum and even in my garden. It makes my work seem so much more fun and I can play my music without bothering anyone else in the house or my neighbors. I love the preset options and believe it or not I have great reception, even better than my regular am/fm player. My sister works a lot with power tools in her garage and I have decided to get her a pair for her birthday. She loves her mp3 player and has it loaded, she will love these to pair with her mp3 when she is in her garage wood working. Excellent product and one I plan on using for a long time. I definitely would recommend and am off to purchase another one this week.
