I like them but I can't find replacement earpads so they're useless once the earpads wear out.

Liked them before the charging port broke

Micro USB charge port fell into the headphone after 5 months use. Got for Christmas, used most days, in May (after 5 months) went to charge and now no-longer able to charge the Li-on battery. Nothing holds the Micro-USB jack except for a few micro solder joints. Annoying to have such fragile internal parts for an industrial item.

Good sound but workmanship is not as good anymore

We have several of these headsets. The connect+ version has good sound and volume. I don't know if something changed but the vinyl that covers the foam ear pieces is cracking and pealing off. we have the same and similar 3m headsets that are much older than this one and no issues. maybe we just got a bad one because normally these are very good and durable

Charging port broke off inside headset. Unable to charge. After looking at the reviews, this appears to be a common complaint with this product. I would not recommend this product.

Garbage! DO NOT BUY THESE!

i bought these in january for occasional use. i used them about 20 hours and the am/fm radio stopped working. after about 40 hours the ipod playback feature broke. 30 day warranty is useless. now they are just really expensive ear muffs. very disappointed!

No long term use

I purchased this headset 15 months ago. The wire going over the head band to supply the other ear broke where it naturally flexed. I used this quite often but it didn't last. The warranty department only covers 12 months. Understandable but not from a construction point of view. I DO NOT RECOMMEND...

Great Tech/Poor Build

The tech and functionality work great on this unit. The sound dampening is fantastic and the way the sound and user interface work great. The only problem is the materials of construction and final build of the unit is not what I expected from a major consumer products company. Key areas of stress are made of cheap plastic and the point where the headphones attach to the head set wire pulled apart making them not wearable and even a danger to poking you in the eye. I've owned them less than a year. The product is branded and labeled work wear implying commercial/construction grade. Disappointing and I'll be trying to return for a refund.
