They Work For Me

I like the functionality and the hearing protection is sufficient for my yard work and woodworking. The interface took a little getting used to, but it does make sense once you get the hang of it and it is easy to make changes without taking the headphones off. My only compliant is that I don't think I could wear them all day, a little too uncomfortable for that. However, 2 or 3 hours at a stretch is fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Noise cancelling, Easy to use

The 3M Digital Worktunes Hearing Protector was sent to me for free to evaluate and this is my review. I have used the Hearing protector for a season of lawn care and other outdoor chores and have found the reduction of mower and blower noise. The pads fit comfortably over both smaller and larger ears, and I have not had issue with the adjustable head band. The FM/AM radio works as expected however the seek and scan for stations is tedious as you have to press the button and let it search. I usually connect to a device, it is much easier to manage the music selection.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Guidance System speaks in Spanish

I recently bought this item, and seems to work fine, but would be nice if the Guidance system spoke in English, wondering if there is a way to switch it? I don't speak Spanish.

Great at hearing protection and comfort but poor reception

My wife bought these for me as a gift to replace my analog ones. I get poor reception on stations that are strong on other portable radios I own. I rated this two stars as a great hearing protection device and for comfort. With an external antenna and the 3M name I was expecting better reception. I can't even cut the lawn without it cutting in and out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

quit working

Loved these when I first bought them. They are very comfortable. However, after a couple months they just won't work anymore. I have tried new batteries but to no avail. They turn on for a half second the go off. Not happy at all.

Bad FM Reception and Very low Sound Volume..

Works good for loud noise protection. They're comfortable to wear for hours at a time. The FM radio reception is not too good, I've walked around with an old Am/FM radio with a standard antennae I use in the garage. We used to take it to the beach when I was a kid about 30 years ago, I wanted to see if it was the worktunes or just bad spots for reception and the old radio gets better reception than the 3M worktunes does. The FM stations fade in and out for some reason even when they are local stations with towers close by. The volume on the radio is very weak also. I have to turn it the whole way up and still have problems hearing it sometimes. I've had this pair for a few months and they look like new. Every night all my gear gets cleaned up and put away so I know it's not from misuse or abuse. I would really like these if the FM radio reception was a lot better and the volume was much louder. I wouldn't even mind if the antenna was a little longer as long as it got better FM reception. Better speakers or more volume would be great also. I really wanted to like these but they are lacking in FM reception and sound volume. The way they are now I might as well use regular haring protection.

Stopped Working After 6 Months

Product stopped working after about 6 months. Seemed to work fine before the random demise. Tried new batteries but it's completely dead. I would like to exchange them for another pair. Please contact me.

Little or No Radio Reception

This is my second pair of 3M Tekk WorkTunes. My first pair worked great on both AM and FM until I left them out in the rain on my tractor. Removed batteries and dried them out thouroughly but no luck with radio reception. So I purchased another pair on May 26, 2013 and this pair has little or no radio reception on AM or FM. I would like a replacement pair that works, but based on what I see in other posts here, it appears that this is problem with the model currently being sold. What are my options for obtaining a working replacement pair?
