Great price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After doing hours of research we went with the SnugRide SnugLock 35 for our twins! It’s one of the safest infant car seat carriers and decently priced. With the infant body support and the easy InRight Latch to secure into car it was worth buying two! Added bonuses were the no rethread harnesses(you simply just slide them up and down from the back) and how quick/easy it is to remove the car seat cover when diaper blow outs happen. Plus, the carriers simply click into our Greco Duo Stoller! Finding other stroller and infant carrier combos for twins that didn’t cost an arm and a leg and actually snapped in, not just sat in a frame and used a strap to hold the carrier in was a task!

Poor head & neck support

This car seat is totally lacking head support. My infants head is literally 90 degrees in this. You can tell the other Graco models have since corrected this & have more padding. Why isn’t there padding or something Graco offers to correct this? This can not possibly be safe for a babies neck. I wouldn’t recommend this model.

Very good head support!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this chair for my newborn based on the head support it provides. I was surprised how many car seats don’t have proper head support for our little ones. So far so good! We are very pleased with our purchase and love that the chair is compatible with all of our other click-n-connect items. My only complaint would be that the fabric shade that goes over the top is so long that it goes behind and underneath the chair. This often makes it difficult to get to the latch to disconnect the chair from the base or stroller.

Very bulky and heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this because it was an affordable travel system and seemed to be what we were looking for. However, when we received it was SO HEAVY. I couldn’t lift it without struggling and I cannot imagine lifting it from my car and out with an infant in it. I also didn’t like that it didn’t have enough padding. It was very bulky, even my husband who is 6 ft tall thought it was heavy and bulky. Also i got it with the Graco Nest modes stroller and it didn’t click in from one side at all. I am not sure if that was the stroller or the car seats issue because I returned it asap. Do not get this if you want a light or moderate car seat. Very disappointed.

Want to Love

I want to love this car seat but a few things...there was no head support for a newborn and now at 4 months, 14 lbs, I'm going to have to adjust the straps to the very top because it is hard to get her in it and seems like my daughter is so squished. I don't see how this car seat is going to last much longer if its on the last notch so I'm disappointed and feel it was a waste of money.

Difficult to detach from base

The model I have is actually the Snugride 30 and I’m assuming this is the replacement model. I liked my car seat for the first month, as I didn’t really go many places. Now that I’m out and about often(baby is 5 months old), I’m realizing how difficult this is to remove from its base. It’s aggravating. I have woken my baby from his sleep, which it’s already difficult to get him to nap, every time I try to get this out of the base. I have had other Graco car seats that have not given me this much trouble in removing from the base. Do not recommend.

Just okay

We’ve been using the seats for almost two months. I have twins and ordered two of them, one didn’t come with the shoulder pads. The canopy bothers me the most because it’s Velcro and the fit is so tight that it’s constantly coming undone on one side, and very hard to pull down and reattach. There’s a lack of support for newborns but we’ve managed by using a blanket on each side to support their heads. We Would’ve gone with a different car seat just to have a better canopy that’s not so hard to use or keep attached.

Falls short in several areas

I have the same complaint as many others. My brand new baby has no head support. No matter how I adjust the shoulder straps to be as snug as they can be and make sure he’s in the proper position, his little head ends up flopping all the way over and I have to constantly adjust him or sit in the backseat while someone else drives so I can keep an eye on him. Additionally we have the same issue with the canopy that others mention. It absolutely is not the proper fit and cannot Velcro to both sides at the same time. Very disappointing.
