My baby girl would cry everywhere else and on this she sleeps for so long and does not cry at all I like that it has different motions

My boyfriend bought this for our son he isn’t even 2 months and the vibration stopped working a couple weeks ago. I love this product but that fact that I haven’t had this product that long a the vibration doesn’t work sucks
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this for my son when he was 4 weeks old, and he LOVES it!!! It has good options for movement, sound, and the vibration is the best part. He’s a gassy baby, so the combo of swing and vibration puts him right to sleep. I also love that the seat is detachable, and is safe to carrier him in, unlike other bouncer type products. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is because the shoulder straps were not long enough to fit my son. He was 12lbs at a month old, and they did not fit. So my suggestion is either get rid of the shoulder straps and improve the waist straps, or make the shoulder straps longer.
As for the cry detection, the only time it’s gone off so far is when I was running the vacuum, so I’m not sure if his crying set it off, or the noise of the vacuum did.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Super disappointed!

As much as this thing costs you would think it would be better quality. After a month we started having issues, it became louder than it already was, a month and a half in, the vibration just grinds and growls and doesn't do anything, and 2 months in now, the swing wont start rocking unless you pick the whole thing up several times, as if something isnt lined up anymore. Just very unsatisfied with this swing in specific. Love almost everything else from Graco, but would not recommend this swing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great

I’ve had this for about two years now, and have used it for two of my three kids. Love it so much, but did come across getting a purple light on the sensor? I can’t find anything anywhere about a purple light so I’m not sure what this means.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great idea, doesn't work the best

My parents got this swing for my baby shower, it is super easy to put together. I love that you can put the seat any direction you like. I also like how deep the seat is, my newborn does not slide around at all, however he has only been home for 2 weeks and doesn't like the swings yet so we have just been using the vibration on low. It started out great and he loved it, but now even on low the vibration is super loud. I can't even hear my son breathing when it is on. The vibration has gotten louder in these 2 weeks and he likes it to stay on when he is in it so with it running while he is in it, it has started to make different noises than the vibration and it sounds like it is going to go out.
The cry detection is a great idea, if it worked right. It has never worked when he actually cried, but when I take him out of the swing and he cries it will turn on. Also he was in it last night with just the vibration on when all of a sudden the swing and music and vibration all turned on full blast and scared him awake since he is not a fan of the swing yet.
Over all, my parents and I thought this would be a great swing but it turns out the product it's self is not the best. It is made well but the technology is a little messed up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wont swing!

The swing doesnt make a sound or move. It just blinks. Do i have to open it to help calibrate.

The motor and the base no longer rocks back and forth :( needs a warranty for these kinds of things
