[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My child find this very comfortable as as upgrade from the infant seat she had. Love the options to transition the seat as she grows. Makes it very affordable as well not having to switch seats out! I did find that the straps needed some time to work themselves “in”— it’s initially a little hard to tighten but gets easier the more you use it
