Came with a flat tire

I got this stroller brand new and it came with a flat time. We have tried filling the tired with air but it doesn't seem to fill up and does not appear to have any holes or cracks in the tire. Therefore when i take my child for a walk it is a bumpy ride the whole time and it gets annoying when out for long periods of time. The stroller is also massive when folded up it hardly fits in a Jeep trunk... I wish i picked out a different Stoller because now i am struggling to figure out if i try and replace a tire on it and hope it works or buying a whole new stroller.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

NOT HAPPY

I have had this stroller for less than a year and it is locking up and we are having trouble folding and unfolding it. It is clicking and sounds like it is going to fall apart when folding and unfolding very inconvenient when you are trying to use your stroller

Very frustrating to use after several months.

My sister in law bought us this stroller an over a year ago.
It’s the one I wanted to take my daughter on long walks and run with. The stroller now is unusable. The front wheel doesn’t work well, the red button that locks the wheel gets stuck. But overall the main issue is the front wheel system. The wheel will get stuck sideways and is very difficult when trying to walk or attempt to take the stroller to Disney or out anywhere. These issues have gone on since 4-5 months of using the stroller. But now after moving to a different state and it bothering me enough did I finally had it and wanted to express my frustration with this stroller that I wanted so bad.

Loved the stroller in the beginning, but within a short period of time it was giving us problems to fold and unfold now we are unable to fold it back.

Perfect for new parents

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jogger is a must if you want easy set up, take down, and ease of driving. Being a jogger and with the air filled tires, it holds up on the back country roads. We wanted a stroller that is safe and durable, and this is it. Also appreciate the cup holder to withstand my 40 ounce water bottle!! The under carriage storage space is also so nice!

WILL NOT OPEN!

So at first I loved this stroller.. but it shortly became a pain to close and open. This is a new stroller.. I have only used it for a few months and not every day. It is not "fast action". I have noticed lately it won't even open. I cannot for the life of me figure out why it is not working but it just makes a clicking sound when I try to open it. The piece that locks it in place is moved and not in the way and it is still not opening. I have contacted customer service so we will see what happens. I do love the stroller when it works but opening and closing is a complete nightmare. If that can be fixed then overall the stroller is great but you can't call something fast action and one handed when its absolutely not the case.

Are you ready for a smooth ride?!

I got a chance to try this stroller as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I love it!
It was super easy to assemble and rides extra smooth. My four year old could not wait to push around his baby brother in our new gear! Once his baby brother was in it, he didn’t want to get out, he looked so cozy in there and we really like how much it reclines, perfect for a nap! Closing the stroller isn’t as easy as opening it, but it’s functional. Once folded, it is compact and easy to carry. The trays, both parent and child ones, are super convenient and hold all the necessities! Overall I think this stroller is awesome and would definitely recommend it.
