Terrible design

I found a great deal on one of these, bought it and realized it only adjusted in the back. Really inconvenient design. Definitely returning.

We like the look of it and that is easy to adjust the straps from the front. It is hard to unclick to get it out of the base. You have to squeeze really hard and then make sure it’s at just the right angle to release from both the front and back. Also, it doesn’t have the little ball to show if the car seat is in the “green” or the correct angle for safety like some car seats have.

Poor design

I have the model that tightens in the back and it is absolutely terrible. Can't seem to get them tight enough, inconvenient to have to tighten them individually, especially when baby is crying and screaming in the chair. The newborn insert sucks, doesn't support anything. It only got in the way.

Poorly designed

I bought this seat a few months ago for my second baby and I hate it. The seat is heavy. Even with the head rest my baby’s head kept falling over. The shade is flimsy. The seat hooks into the base super easy, but is a major pain to take off the base. The straps don’t tighten enough.. I could go on and on about this terrible seat.

Love this seat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this car seat for my daughter. She is 6 months now and it is still wonderful! It’s easy to use and easy to clean. Our straps were damaged (a friend’s dog chewed on them). We called Graco and they sent us new straps which was awesome! I was so worried I would have to buy a new seat but Graco had exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!
