VERY INCONVENIENT TO TIGHTEN/LOOSEN STRAPS

I bought this a lil while back to keep as an extra in my car for my granddaughter so when she was with me (and thats a lot of the time) I wouldn’t have to take the time to struggle with disconnecting hers from her mommy’s car. However, I find myself struggling with tightens and loosening the strap because for some reason on this particular car seat you have to do it on the back of the seat. The same car seat that is in mommy’s car is designed where you can do this from the front. I don’t know what the difference in the two car seats are or why it’s designed this way but it really make it difficult to tighten/loosen the straps. Other than that my granddaughter and I love this car seat.
