Inconvient

As a new mom I had no idea about car seats. I bought this one and it's been such a inconvenience to tighten and loosen the straps. I feel like I can't get them even with tightness. My daughter is on the petite side and I feel like this carseat doesn't support her well. I bought this as a travel system, and I will say that I like how easy it snaps into the stroller. I may end up buying the Snugride 35 as it seems to be better quality and use this one as a backup.

Really easy to install. Very light weight. Bought as our back up car seat. I quickly fell in love with this seat and threw my other car seat to the side so my Graco seat could be the primary.

Terrible Car Seat, Waste of Money

I purchased this car seat back in July, approximately three weeks before my son was before on August 4, 2018. It was extremely difficult to properly install with unclear instructions. The lower anchor straps were nearly impossible to tighten, even with two people attempting. It is also completely impossible to safely install the base of this seat in the middle seat of a 2013 Nissan Altima. Upon speaking with a local SafeKids certified CPST, this is a common issue with this car seat model.
I've been using this seat since August 7, 2018, so around 3.5 months, and I am no longer able to use the base at all. The car seat gets stuck in the base and it is a nightmare to try and remove. I've had to completely give up on using the base as it has become such an issue to remove the seat. I have the same problem with the comfy cruiser stroller.
This seat did NOT come with adequate newborn support. The "newborn support" cushion did absolutely nothing to help stabilize my son's neck; instead, it actually made the head flop worse. When I removed the "support" cushion, his head no longer flopped forward as much. I ended up using rolled up receiving blankets on either side of him to keep his head and body support.
I highly regret purchasing this car seat, and if given the chance to do it over, I would never even consider it. It has been nothing but trouble since day one.

I like it but..

I like how light the carseat is, but I don't like the infant head support as for its really flimsy and not much padding at all. I'm wondering if I can buy a better one and use in it. Due in 7 weeks.
