Meets Expectations

I have been using this seat with my 4 week-old newborn. This is my first child so I can't compare the seat to any others, but I have found it to be very useable and what I expected from a car seat. It is fairly easy to get the baby strapped in and to loosen the straps to get her out, once we figured out how everything worked (since it's our first seat I expect there to have been a learning curve no matter what seat we chose). There is a strap at the bottom of the seat by her feet that is pulled to tighten the straps, and a lever under the seat cover where the strap joins the seat that when pressed allows you to pull to loosen the straps. I like that these are easily accessible when the baby is in the seat and the seat is strapped into the base in the car. The seat clicks into the base in the car very easily. It can be a bit tricky to get out and is a 2-handed job, one hand for the release lever behind the canopy and one to lift and release the catches at the bottom of the seat near the baby's feet. I have not had a problem with it, though my mother had a hard time coordinating the timing (I find lifting from both ends at the same time is best) to release the seat. I also purchased the Graco SnugRider car seat frame and have found the seat clicks into and out of the frame very easily as well.
My baby was 21" at birth and the shoulder straps are in the middle of 3 positions, so they can be moved up one more level before she no longer fits into the seat. I have noticed the crotch clasp is not adjustable, although I don't know if that will be a problem for sizing or not.

Easy to use!

We love our Click Connect car seat for our infant. I love that it "clicks" when connected. It is easy to use, so we purchased several bases for all of our vehicles. I would highly recommend this car seat to everyone!

Great carseat!

I Bought this carseat when we were expecting our 2nd child. light weight. Great fabric. Easy to adjust. Great sunshade. Love the actual carseat. Not a fan of the base. We use the latch in our vehicles and the clips on tbe base are near impossible to get out. I definitely recommend additional bases to avoid the hassle

Our son is five months old and has been using this sear sonce birth. We love that we were able to purchase extra bases to work with it. So, we have the one seat plus three bases. Thank you for the safety plus functionality!

the click connect is so good...just takes 2 seconds to latch it in to the car...my baby is a week old and have used it 3 times so far and he was comfortable in it...he didnt wake up even once from his sleep when we strapped him in to it!!

Easy to install; large canopy (larger than all the other floor models at BabiesRUs); easy to take in and of car; cover is machine washable; goes with matching stroller which was a great purchase. Highly recommend! I just wish it came in more color options.
