Poor quality swing.

I bought this swing a month and a half ago and it already won’t swing for more than 5 minutes without stopping and the light on the dial flashing. Also it is making a ticking noise and it is practically new. Last, the dial setting is not how fast the swing will go, the swing speeds up super fast then slows down the whole time baby is in there no matter the setting.
I would like to think I got a defective swing.

Not great!

I bought this because I was interested in the dual feature of the swing and vibrating chair. However I am extremely disappointed in both. The swing when turned on, goes very fast and then slows down to almost a stop. The batteries in the chair keep dislodging which causes the vibrating feature to be ineffective and unusable. We have to keep popping the batteries back in. The belt that goes between the baby’s legs is very small in length and unadjustable. I usually swear by anything and all things Graco... but not this product unfortunately.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dial Blinks Blue Often

Just got this swing 2 weeks ago. Baby loves it because of the different reclining options, but it’s a nightmare for mom and dad. It swings WAY fast on the lowest setting, almost just as fast as the highest setting. Then, it stops & the light flashes blue. This has happened multiple times just today!! I wish it were better engineered because again, my son loves the fact that it reclines to several positions.

Great when it works

We bought this swing to replace another swing that we bought where the whole frame swayed also by Graco. And that swing was to replace my 4.5 year old swing that was sitting in the attic from my first child, also barely used, that didn’t work at all once we reassembled. This one was great at first, but now it often almost stops, shakes a little and goes really slow then restarts. It stopped completely last night and the power light was blinking. It’s only 3.5m old and I’d expect more from it. Not to mention, it creaks very loudly. I’m a huge fan of Graco products typically, but I’m pretty disappointed in their swings.

Nice space saver, not a huge hit with LO though

Thanks to the weeSpring Parent Panel for providing me with this swing to try out with my 4.5 month old baby boy. We were excited to try this duet option because our little one loves the bouncy chair and (for a while) he loved the swing. From the beginning, I found the assembly a bit more work than some similar products and it took me about 45 minutes to put together. The product itself is nicely made, the chair is well cushioned and our little guy fit in it well. There were several safety measures which we liked and it was really easy to transition from bouncy chair to swing and back once we figured out how to do it. That's the biggest benefit for us; it takes one piece of furniture out of the picture. By the time I received this product for review though, our little guy was already sort of over the swing so that wasn't a big hit with him but he liked the bouncy chair and the hanging toys overhead kept him busy for a while which was nice. They are connected by Velcro so he just grabbed them off so it might have been nice if he was able to pull on them but I think it depends where your little one is at in play whether that's a pro or con. There is a vibrate and a music/white noise feature on the chair, the vibrate worked inconsistently on our chair but I think he would have loved that. Overall the chair to/from swing option was easy to use and it was easy to secure him. I like that it reduced the overall space required for a swing and a bouncer but I can't say our little guy loved the swing or preferred the bouncy chair to the smaller option we have.

Swinging into Love

This swing/portable bouncer is awesome!
It came with many pieces to assemble but with the right screwdriver, I had it up and running in 15 mintues from emptying the box.
The weight of the base is great for keeping the swing in one place while it swings, the option to swing side to side or front to back is great too. My little guy loves swinging side to side!
The portable bouncer feature is such a bonus. I love being able to take the seat by the two handles, lift and move it easily to another location.
I also really like that the seat uses a 5-point harness that is not only easy to get baby in and out but also makes me feel safe that he is not going anywhere while he swings/bounces.

Assembly too complicated

The assembly for this is so complicated and hard. I'm in the process of trying to put this together now and I've been at it for too long. The instructions for this product is so vague. The illustrations doesn't make any sense. You would think this product would have a how to video but it doesn't. I'm about to stop wasting time and take it back. What a waste
