Has a mind of its own!!!

Love that it swings multiple directions and works great as a bouncer but as a swing it changes speeds on its own!! It jumps to scary fast then almost stops, it only swings at a decent speed maybe half of the time at best. I would return it but it was purchased from Babies R' Us so I'm out of luck.

Am I using the straps wrong!?

We received this as a gift (it wasn’t on our registry) from Babies R Us. It worked well for a while, when baby was small. As she has gotten bigger it is harder to strap her in. The buckle between her legs won’t lengthen, so the large buckle sits between her thighs, which is very uncomfortable and has lead to pinching her at least once.
Also, the arched mobile never stays in place so we don’t use it.
Aside from the buckle issue, it is a great swing and we love the 2-in-1 feature and the low-profile design. We are just browing our of the chair at 15 lb because of the straps.

Very disappointed

Brought my baby home attempted to use the swing but the motor could not regulate the set speed. Was sent out a replacement motor...does the same thing. So Still no swing

It's okay, could use some improvements

Bought this swing about a month ago, thought it would be perfect in our small apartment which it is but for the first couple of weeks I couldn't even use it because the softest setting made babys head sway back & forth. Now he is 6 weeks & loves it. But as for me, the speed never stays at the 1 I've set it to & the buckles are awkward. Not to mention make his diaper bunch up so everytime he goes #2 while in the swing it ends up all over the swing & not in the diaper. Also the hanging toys dont stay in place either, so we dont use them.

Noisy and battery runs out quick

The batteries for the music and the vibration last a week at the most

Buckle not adjustable

My husband and I purchased this swing for our daughter and we were never able to comfortably buckle her in. The first couple weeks we made it work but now we can't use the swing at all because the buckle between her legs does not adjust. Very unhappy with the purchase which is unfortunate because she enjoys the swing but the buckle leaves marks on her legs and is much too tight to use. I strongly advise other parents not to purchase this model and to look for something that has an adjustable strap.

Fun swing with great features!

I am a mom of 2 girls ages 4 months and 2.5 years. I received this product to test from the weeSpring Parent Panel. I was excited to try it out as it's important to have somewhere to put my 4 month old where she's happy while I'm helping my 2.5 year old to the potty, with meals, etc... My 4 month old really loves this swing - it seems to be very comfortable and it's easy to get her in and out. I really like that you can change the position of the swing so she can swing side to side or up and down. It's also really easy to take it off the swing base and use it as a bouncer. The duel-functionality helps rid my house of baby clutter! All around an A+ product!

Love it’s versatility and soft fabric

This portable bouncer is amazing, it’s soft fabric is excellent for my baby who has super sensitive skin. The versatility of how you can turn it so Baby is facing another direction is excellent. It’s super easy to use, even the grandparents figured it out without no instructions. This bouncer is great for a boy or girl with its super cute design and style. We received this from the weeSpring Parent Panel and are so thrilled to have received because our precious baby loves it!
