Swings to fast even on low setting

The swing swings dangerously too fast for young infant's brain. I am wondering if their a defect as the speed does not change from low to high. The vibration only works off and on.

This swing sucks so much! I don’t write many reviews on things unless I have a strong opinion of how great or how bad something is.
Pros: like that it is multi purpose
Cons: while it says you can adjust the speed,
It doesn’t actually do that. I will put it on the lowest setting, and the swing will go as hard as it can for 5-10 minutes before finding the lowest setting. Then without me touching it will pick back up. With a newborn whose head wobbles, this is not great.

We had this issue when we used it with our first child, but were able to make it work. Now it seems sitting in the closet for a year has made it worse.

Waste of Money

swing does not swing properly. the flashing lights will not stop flashing when adjusting speed of swing . practically does not work anymore would love a full refund there is no use for this product in this home with a newborn

Horrible swings they’re good till they stop working which they always do I’ve had two of these swings now quit working on me the light blinks Amd the swing doesn’t swing. And this is very disappointing because the swing is dang near the only thing that gets my baby to sleepy

I got this two months ago and I don’t want to use it because it changes the speed on its own and goes from slow to so fast that I think my baby will fall out of it. It does not matter what speed i choose, if I choose the lowest, the speed changes up to the highest on it owns.
The toy that hangs over fall off all the time so I don’t use it.
And the belt between the legs are not adjusteble so it’s very uncomfortable for her tho the straps are to tight (or to loose so she can fall out).
