Terrible..I have to sit next to the swing to stop it from speeding up at a uncontrollable speed...WAY TO FAST...it needs to be recalled asap before a baby gets Shaken baby syndrome or something ...then when I try to hold it; it completely stops or jerks back on, at a high speed again...doesn't even work up to speed just straight full blast...I want a refund & needs to be recalled ASAP...ps other parents have this same swing & have the same issue...fix it & refund your valued customers

I have this and it was gifted by a family member. Very cute but the power cord gave out. How? Not very sure... now I’d have to purchase a new one out of pocket out of nowhere for no reason. Very inconvenient if you ask me.

Lots of issues

Swing has a mind of its own and at times has swung out of control. We just had our second baby and I plugged it in and when I turn the motor on, the light blinks blue and does not work. Definitely didn't get the use out of it that we would have liked. Hoping we can resolve the issue.

I am surprised to see so many negative reviews when I find it such a great product. Makes me wonder if it's the competition. This swing does so many great things and puts the baby right to sleep with so many settings. I love that you can remove the seat (which has a vibrate setting) and also use that unlike some of the other swings I looked at. The swing sits nicely in the corner of my room so not a large one like some I looked it. So far a great item. The mobile swings away to make it easy to put the baby in and out.

Got this as a gift 2 years ago with our first son and last month had our second son. We love the swing and how it is portable but when you turn it on the blue light starts blinking and runs for about 2 mouthed stops.
I would recommend this to a friend!
