No Consistency :(

I want to love this swing, however I can’t’. I currently own two of these swings; 1 is kept at my mothers and the other with me, however the 2 can not be reviewed the same! I would give the one at my mothers a 5 and the one I gave a 2.
There are 2 speeds on this thing, slow and fast and I have to rock the swing to get it to move faster than a snail which takes a good 30 seconds to kick in. However, when the speed does kick in , it is way too fast and I have to crank it down. When I move it even just a hair from the warp speed it is on, is slows down to the lowest setting again even though the knob is still in the middle.
So frustrating!!! Then you have the exact same thing at my mothers which works like a dream.
How can this be fixed Graco :( ?
My LO is only 3 months old and has lots of time left and I don’t want to have to purchase an entire swing again.
Also, the description states 3 sitting positions of incline?..... I have only ever found 2...... what am I doing wrong?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There is a known issue with this swing swinging too fast, even at its lowest setting. Graco refuses to acknowledge or address it. On my unit, you can not tell a difference between the lowest and highest setting and it is crazy fast. My daughter hates it.

Recline buttons get stuck sometimes. The music quality is not that good. sounds like cheap audio systems. The toy bar is not fixed properly, when you recline it, it goes out of it's nest. But overall the product is good. My newborn looks happy laying in there.

A little disappointed

I really liked this swing at first very convenient but it only has 1 song and 1 noise and 1 speed so I was very confused. The lowest setting swings baby way to fast and seems like as I turn the nob up it stays that same exact speed. I’m also unsure of what the speaker under the nob does as there are no instructions on that part
