Weird loud noise

I received this as a gift for my baby shower. The vibration is super loud is that normal? Batteries seem to be replaced pretty quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this swing because the one I was given was too bulky and took up too much space. I put this together without a hassle and was surprised on how compact and easy to move it was. The seat is so plush for baby and the vibrations and music are an added bonus. Will definitely be buying or reusing this swing with my other children.

Weird swing

Not sure if this swing works right or not. The vibration part and music part of the swing stop automatically after about 20 mins. I have to actually go to the swing and put it back to the off position and back to the vibration or music part to get it working right again. Highly annoying when you have your newborn finally settled and then have to redo the settings. Can someone please explain this?

Just stopped working

We received this as a gift in March and we've used it maybe 4 times. It will not turn on at all...it's just wasting space.

Disappointed

I have many Graco products and I've never had an issue with any of them until now. I just got this swing today and I am disappointed to say the least. It is not very sturdy so therefore it shakes while swinging and also makes jerky movement. It is very loud while swinging, I'm hoping that is because it is new and will go away but it has not yet. I have also read the directions several times because I can not seem to get the bouncer to come off the main frame without a fight. I ordered this online and put together completely so I hate to have to take it apart and do without while I return and buy a new one but I may have to.
