I like Grace but this swing does not seem safe

The swings dial works randomly. We can put it on a slow setting and a minute later it’s rocking way too fast. We quit using it as a swing.

Get your motor fixed

I could not hate this swing any more! The motor for the rocking motion swings the child very violently back and forth even on the lowest possible setting. We had to weigh down the bouncy seat with a 5 lb weight to even it out and slow it down. It's not safe and it's downright violent how hard it swings my daughter without the weight in there. I'm really surprised she hasn't puked in it yet but you guess how soothing it is to get her back to sleep at 2 in the morning. Sure it has cutesy features and at 1st I thought it was cool the you could separate the bouncer from the swing but once I put her in the swing and found out the speed NEVER adjusts and is set on HURRICANE MODE no matter what you do with the dial....i realize what a waste of money this was. Seriously could throw this over the balcony.

We received this as a gift at our baby shower and loved the idea of a swing and rocker all in one. However we have had problems with this swing from the start. This swing is not safe whatsoever. First off the head support is much too large and does not support my baby's head at all. We had to purchase a separate support cushion to keep his head from falling to the side. That itself isn't a huge problem, but not the only issue. Another small problem is the center buckle does not adjust. It would be nice to be able to adjust or reposition it as baby gets bigger so it's not so tight fitting between the legs. The biggest problem is the swing doesn't seem to function properly on the lowest setting. Sometimes it won't even start or it will go crazy fast. This thing has a mind of it's own. One minute it is swinging nice and steady then it will stop and speed up way too fast. At one point the swing started going so fast it was lifting the leg off of the floor and started bumping into the wall it was in front of. I am usually a huge fan of Graco products. We have a travel system, 4 in 1 convertible carseat, and a pack n play. No issues with any of them thus far. This swing on the other hand is a huge disappointment. It is unpredictable and out of control.

Scary speed settings

The swing settings do not work. It swings so hard that my baby's head gets tossed back and forth. It goes extremely fast then stops then starts going again! It does not matter how low you try to put it on, there is only one setting; SCARY! Bummer, the idea was great.

Poor function

I received this swing as gift for my babyshower that i had put on my registry. And since I had got it and put it together it has never worked properly. First is the motor never works for the set speed its stays extremely slow if at all or goes extremely fast on slow speed at will and will just stop and start back up entirely at random times when on. It was very unsafe as far as my husband and I were concerned for our child. And toy mobile above it that sticks in the chair falls constantly so its pointless. I wish I could of loved this swing but I just cant. The only thing that I have been able to use is just the chair part and I feel like I could saved someone money.

Motor Speed

I LOVE that this swing can also be a bouncer. Baby number 3 and this is so helpful especially when she is sleeping! Now the bad news, we are on month 3 and the motor speed in very unpredictable. Even on the slowest end of the dial at times it swings way to quickly, sometimes it slows down, sometimes I just have to turn it off.

I’m obsessed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a new mom we always wonder what we actually need. I had a lot of people tell me not to buy a swing because a lot of babies don’t like them, but I’m so so glad we got this! Our baby loves it and it gives you somewhere to set them if the doorbell rings or you need to get some dishes done!
