We bought this for our new baby and I would not recommend. Between speeds being inconsistent for me to be comfortable, strap length issues (middle one is too short so buckle sits very low) and the arch continuously falling off, it became more of a hassle to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Received as a baby shower gift..

I received this as a gift and absolutely fell in love with it until recently the light kept on blinking and now it won’t even turn on/move. I would like to know why since that’s the only way my baby falls asleep during the day.. I just want to know why it doesn’t turn on/move .

Have had for this for about a week. It started sounding funny today so I stop putting it on the medium setting and left it as low as i could. Tonight my 2 1/2 month old daughter was in it swinging i checked that it was on right. After about 15 minutes it fell off and landed on top of her!! Shes okay thankfully but strongly dont recommend!!!!!

Swing speeds itself up!

Although I love how the seat comes off to make a bouncer, I'm not happy with the swing part at all. I want my newborn to swing at the slowest speed, but when I put the dial there, it doesn't stay at slow. The swing starts to go too fast for my newborns head and I have to stop the swing all together. I hate that I wasted money on this.

Own two and both are faulty and dangerous!

I have always trusted Graco products, but not this! My daughter and I each have these swings. Mine is this model and hers is the next model up. Neither control dial works properly. I can set the dial to a very low rock and it is TOO FAST FOR A NEWBORN! With the other swing, you can set is for slow and then if it is touched or bumped, it speeds up and goes WAY TOO FAST! Seriously dangerous! Faulty design, apparently and both will go in the trash, as they are not safe to pass on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No speed regulation

Got this swing as a baby shower gift. We turn the swing on and turn down all the way to the lowest setting and it starts to go faster all on its own. Have to turn it off and start all over, but it will speed up again on its own.

Buyer Beware

I put this swing on my registry for my baby shower. The swinging mechanism is faulty. It swings super hard, leaving baby’s neck flopping & then will stop swinging out of nowhere. The vibrating component barely vibrates and rarely works. I would not purchase this swing.
