Swing not working.

I purchased this swing for my first grandchild. The swing does not move at all and the light flashes.

Has a Glitch!!!!

We received this swing as a gift. From the moment we have used it, the settings on the swing do not adjust. When you have the slow setting on, the swing will still swing as fast as when it's on high. Then when you try to adjust the level again to a lower setting, the swing automatically sets itself back to a higher one. My boy is 11 weeks old and weighs 15 pounds, the product says up to 25 but the strap between the leg part does not adjust. I had to loosen the other straps but then he was not secure enough in the swing. I think the swing has great futures for the price, if only it would work properly!

Not happy!

Love Graco swings, but baby and I aren't too happy with this one! I purchased the swing back in March, and since day one it has definitely had a mind of its' own. The speed continuously adjusts on its' own; and even on the lowest setting, it just swings too fast. I pretty much just use the rocker detached now, I'm wondering if this one may be defective or something. At this point, I'm ready to return it. I do like the convenience of the swing though!

Our newborn was almost thrown from this swing on the lowest setting. It swings too high and is dangerous. For the cost you would think would have a lower setting for newborns

Music and vibration doesn't work

I got this as a gift, I was glad I didn't jhave to get a swing and a bouncer separetly. However only the swing works, the bouncer doesnt play music or vibrate! Since it was a gift I can't return or exchange it, I'm very dissapointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have two Graco swings for my son. They both have the same slightly worrisome issue- inconsistent speeds! With this swing if I turn the dial just to barely swing the dial literally moves up on its own and goes fast. I have to stand by to lower the speed again every time. Fortunately we realized this problem right away so it’s a part of the routine to use it now but really shouldn’t have to be done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

I love the low profile of this swing. It is also handy to have the 2-in-1 functionality of being able to take the bouncer off. It is lightweight and easy to move around.
But, after just a few months of use, the swing sits crooked. I don’t even turn it on anymore because I’m nervous it will dump out baby. It also goes crazy fast or it seems to be barely able to move...there’s no in between.
Sad because I love the look and the multiple positions, but it just doesn’t feel safe to use.

Was hoping for functionality but disappointing

The speed never works! It's either swinging my baby out of the seat (not actually happen) or it creeks so slow it is basically not even moving! Very disappointed in this!!
