Random speeds!

I received this as a gift for my twin daughters at my baby shower and have waited until they were a little older to use it as they were preemies. I love the idea that it is a space saver, especially with twins, and that it can be taken apart and used as a separate rocker. However, the swing feature does whatever it wants to do. I put it on the lowest setting and it starts off swinging at a nice speed and then out of nowhere it starts to swing super fast. When I turn to knob to heighten the speed a little the knob knocks back down on its own to the lowest setting. There is no consistency in speed. I am a little nervous about having my daughters in this swing when you do not know whether or not it is going to go the correct speed or just take off full force! I would return this but I do not have a receipt and not sure where it came from as it was a gift.

This swing does not have a consistent speed! It goes from a normal speed to a very high and scary speed. I do not recommend this swing!

Buckles and speed make this swing a thumbs down

I bought this swing a couple months ago. The smaller compact frame is very nice, but this swing has a mind of its own! I will set the speed at the slowest setting and a few minutes later I will look and my baby is swinging at full speed. And the dial is creeping up the speed chain all on its own. This is very unsafe and almost everytime startles my baby. When he was little and not mobile I just used it without turning it on and didn’t strap him in, but now that he’s bigger and moves a little more I strap him in and turn it on since he can handle the little faster motion. The straps are terrible. The big buckle clips really low and leaves marks on his legs. It’s very uncomfortable, I would assume. Although he’s older the speed still gets way to fast and his head jerks back and forth too much. I’m pretty disappointed in the quality of the mechanics of this swing!

Swing speed changes on its own!

I love the swing features but the speed of the swing changes in its own, even on the lowest setting it will suddenly swing full speed scaring the baby! Disappointed.

dont buy

Been using this for a month,, the toy bar keeps falling off, and now it wont work at all. troubleshooting tips did not work. I'll have to contact customer support now and wish I had read all the reviews---this swing has way too many people having problems with it

The worst baby swing ever!

I had got this swing for my baby it doesn't have a real setting for the swing it does whatever it wants and it stops alot while making a ticking sound like of something is inside of it. The buckle was made weird cant even buckle my baby in without almost pinching her legs and having to shrug her shoulders down for it to lock properly. The rocker part is fine but the swing needs to be token off the market and rebuilt to do a better job then what does. I wouldn't of got it knowing it was this defective.

Disappointed

I bought this directly from Graco and wish I read the reviews prior. I have everything Graco so I was sure this was going to be great. Sadly the swing has a mind of its own. I try to have the swaying motion on the lowest setting but then the dial moves on it’s own and the swing starts swaying hard. I have a newborn and I refuse to turn it on now. I’m bummed because it’s worthless now and I don’t think I can return it.

Stopped working :(

Got this as a baby shower gift from my registry. Loved it, baby loves it. It was quite and nice to take chair off and have baby in the kitchen while I was in there. One day, turned swing on and blue light flashed on dial. Worked for a few minutes then completely died. Disappointed for sure. Thought I was getting the latest and greatest. Thanks Gracco.
