Works Sometimes

I would love to be able to give this swing a higher rating as my child does enjoy it when it's properly working. However, the dial is useless. The swing will go from incredibly slow to extra fast with no warning. Sometimes it works just fine but most of the time it looks like it's going to launch my baby out of it.

Overall a good swing but has a mind of its own

We bought this swing and overall is it is a good swing. But like other reviews it has a mind of its own. It will swing slow and then speed up really fast and then go back down. Makes us a little nervous sometimes when baby is in it and it starts swinging so hard and fast.

It's okay.

I got this swing in April 2018 for my baby shower, I'm glad I set it up early cause it was a pain. 3 months into using it the strap doesn't adjust and pinches my daughters legs, I have to have it turned all the way up for it to move even the slightest bit and now the light keeps flashing on it whenever it is used and it won't even swing. I'm now disappointed because she loves it. The only plus to it is that we didn't need to buy 2 separate things and it is compact.

Swing speed inconsistent and often way too fast

I have a 4 week old and we’ve been using this swing for calm time and daytime napping. It’s great once I can get the speed setting normalized but often will change from slow to fast on it’s own. Without having set dial positions for low/med/high it usually takes me 3-4 tries turning on/off to get a slower (safer) setting for my little one.

why the buckle is not adjustable?

I bought this swing because it be a perfect size for my small apt and it fits perfectly on my living room. My baby loves swing on it. But, 2 weeks ago I saw marks on her legs and she started crying when I put her on the swing. So, I figured out that the marks was made by the buckle. Unfortunately I can’t put my baby on there anymore, because it is hurting her and it’s not aceptable! I’ve always trusted on Graco’s quality but now I’m very disappointed.

Bad location of strap

Unfortunately I didn't read these reviews till after I bought & had an issue with this swing. The center strap is located so far back its under babies butt and doesn't have an adjustable length so it digs into her inner thighs and has left baby screaming. I'm very bummed cause I like everTrying else about this swing

Nice except music and vibration shuts off quickly

Baby falls asleep in it and then the music and vibration abruptly shut off after just like 15 minutes. Then baby wakes up. There should be a way to adjust this to stay on longer or stay on indefinitely.

Swing changes speeds on its own

This swing could have been great but unfortunately it has a mind of its own. It changes speeds on its own and gets to really quick and dangerous speeds without anyone touching the dial. It then returns to slower speeds and switches back again. Also, the strap that goes between the child's legs is extremely short and not adjustable at all. My son is only a month old and the strap will soon be too small for him. One last things is that the toy bar never stays up, it is always falling. This swing could have been great; I love the fact that that it doubles as a rocker and the size is great. If only the speed and straps were designed better, it could have been an amazing product.
