I got this as a gift for my new born baby, I had to tape the battery shut or it would fall out and the rocker part would not work. It also has an issue with the swing, it’ll speed up and down on its own. The toybar fslls very easy as well. My baby loves this thing but it worries me with all the issues.

A mind of its own !

I initially loved this swing ! The bouncer option is great for when my 2 month old falls asleep in it and I need to take her with me into another room. However, the last few days this swing has been speeding up on its own. I keep it on the lowest setting and all of a sudden she is swinging much faster! I even scolded my toddler because I thought he turned up the dial, but it was never moved! I think I’ll have to stop using this as I am concerned about the safety of this swing now.

Speed issues

We loved this swing at first, but have begun to experience issues with the swing changing speeds on its own. We will have it set to the lowest speed and it will jump to full swing randomly. We can not use it unless we are in the room to ensure it doesn’t speed up and scare the baby

Swing speed is malfunctioning

Ever since I've had this swing from day one, I have to manipulate and mess with the knob to keep the slower speed. If it's on slow and I touch my baby or the swing at all, it will jump to the faster speed. Not cool. My baby is only 2 months old and I bought this brand new. I would've given it a 5 if it wasn't for that.

I have to constantly keep and eye on my son since the swing changes speed on its own.. I like to set it to swing at its lowest set.. but it changes speed and it starts going super fast, or it turns off on its own.

Beware swing speed!

I bought this 2 weeks ago for our 1 month old & LOVED it at first. Loved that we could take the rocker off and use separately when needed. About 1 week in, the swing started moving at a crazy speed when set to the lowest setting. We immediately shut it off hoping that restarting it would fix the problem. It seemed to work fine for a day then went haywire again. Even strapped in, the swing moves way too fast for a baby! Our baby only sleeps when moving so this was a huge disappointment to not be able to use as needed. Scary!

Too many problems

The motor does not swing the entire corse, this causes the swing to be gentle in one direction and harsher in the other direction. Also the motor sometimes stopped randomly. The bottom buckle strap is too short while the upper straps make it so that our baby can sit up and nearly fall out because they have to be so long ignorer to reach the bottom buckle.

I thought the swing was possessed!

I received this as a gift at my baby shower and to be fair... my daughter does enjoy this swing. However, it changes its speed on its own and gets so out of control. I fear for her safety. It’ll randomly
speed up no matter the setting and her head whips back and forth because of it.
