It would be great if they solve the problem

Love that it swings multiple directions and works great as a bouncer but as a swing it changes speeds on its own!! It jumps to scary fast then almost stops, it only swings at a decent speed maybe half of the time at best i wonder if there is a way to adjust this problem

Want to love it

I got this for my baby shower and I love the way it looks and converts to a rocker but the swing is wild. When I first turn it on to low, it goes out of control (swinging really quick) for a while and then will slow down to its true slow. I am so terrified of leaving my son in this swing without me right next to it Incase it speeds back up.

Not safe

I bought the swing a couple months ago and I am very disappointed. I was really excited it can swing 2 different directions, can be used as a rocker and come with an ac adapter. Within the first month it started acting up! One minute it swings slow and the next it's going crazy fast. It's very unpredictable. Sometimes it shuts off and the knob blinks after only being on a couple minutes.

Awful

I bought this for my 2 month old. I was looking for something smaller so we could keep at the babysitter. This swing makes a weird noise as its swinging and the speed is fast even at the lowest speed. My babies head shakes alot. Unlike other ones we have used that have a more soft swing this one is too rough for babies. Very dissapointed.

Swings crazy fast on it's own

This swing was purchased for my at my baby shower. We put it together for the baby about 2 months before she arrived and she is now 2 months old and this swing will be on the lowest setting and randomly start swings crazy fast out of no where to where it's actually a little scary. I do not understand why it can't just swing normally.

not worth the aggravation

Cannot even get it assembled to try it- instructions are poorly written. Screws provided will not screw into the holes on the feet assembly.

i havent had a chance to use the swing yet bc my baby isnt born yet but it is very nice it is kinda bulky tho but alot of swings are i cant complain about anything right now
