Great product but one frustrating flaw

I would give this product 5 stars but the vibrating feature has been a hassle after about a month of use. I'm not sure if the vibrating box has a problem or maybe there is a short in the wiring but only works part of the time. You can take it out and put new batteries in and it still won't work. Then you can randomly walk by, turn it on, and it works great. I see others have had this problem as well based on the comments so is there a fix for this?

So Disappointed

I was super excited to get home and put this together but to my surprise excitement is not what i felt when assembling this. I read a bunch of reviews and really did research before deciding on what big ticket items i would be purchasing and had a good feeling about this. Upon getting home and starting to assemble there was a rip in the material causing the netting to have a tear. (annoyance #1) My husband decided to look past it and we kept assembling one of the plastic clip parts that hold the bassinet part up was smooshed in the box against something and was bent and the corner cracked. I gave up.. and now we are putting batteries but there is no vibration. I Love Graco products so i’m extremely disappointed in this situation after all the money spent. Hopefully it was just a defective box and wasn’t supposed to be sold. I will be contacting Graco.

I bought this when I was pregnant on sale. So glad I did its smaller than my crib so it fits right next to my bed also love the changing station on top. Great trio combination so worth the money! Do not even need a crib when you have this.

My daughter is now 8 months old so I've had ample time with the product in making a sound judgement to give a review. Overall the playard does its job; keeping child comfortable and contained. At her age now that she's beginning to explore more, she loves the playyard feature being able to crawl around, sit up and play with toys. This makes momma happy and a sense of "supervised" security with the mesh sides because she still loses her balance. When she was a newborn she rarely felt comfortable in the bouncer - she was one the smaller side. Her neck would fall forward and to me that's dangerous, so unfortunately when she got to size she rarely cared for it. No vibration issues, although, like mentioned, the bouncer was rarely used. A complaint I did have is the soundscape device because that was the biggest seller for me. It is absolutely a joke! The volume only turns up just above a whisper and I tried troubleshooting if it was low batteries, but changed out several times it did not matter. Hard to also tell which screws to undo to get to batteries, which there was no indication for, although can find in manual, which by the way, I didn't get in the box, I had too download it from online. The lights on there was my best friend and worked well, although wish the shut off time wasn't so soon. My biggest safety complaint is the bottom pull off the playard to pack away. I do not feel the product is sturdy enough. Many times it pops up on its own, leaving the bottom not flush with the floor, even after several days my daughter is not in it. I don't know if its a possible recall order or a defect but it has been like that since put together. I should see about an exchange since Graco's top priority is safety, hence why i went with their product instead of comparable products from other companies. I love the changing station, been such a back relief, however, I don't know if I can continue using it while it covers half the playyard. Any suggestions? I live in a small space and this is definitely a spacesaver! However, in the longevity of things, before purchasing, think about where you plan to store the bouncer and changing table once baby grows out of it or it gets in way of playing, especially if you plan to re-sell it as a set. I'm having that problem with my living space.

I bought this for my soon to be granddaughter. My kids apartment is very small and we were looking for something that fit the apartment, but still offered the features my daughter-in-law wanted. This had everything. I'm told it was a bit confusing to set up but once it was up it was sturdy and of good quality
