Instructions for Assembly are TERRIBLE

We haven't used the product yet, we just purchased this Snuggle Suite for our first grandchild. I found the instructions very difficult to follow with no clear pictures or directions. The parts were not grouped together at all with the correct items e.g. the changing and baby seat were all mixed together. I put together an entire home office of IKEA cabinets and desk furniture and I had NO problem following the instructions. I believe that I am fairly smart, but i count figure out your instructions for these items.

Missing instructions!

Just received this. Opened up the box and there were no instructions in the box on how to put everything together!

Good playard; BAD quality bouncy

I received this placard as a shower gift and was so excited! Finally baby came and we were able to use it.. However, after about 2 months of use, the bouncy vibration no longer works properly. IF you can get the vibration to actually turn on, (after turning it on/off about 15/20 Times), it will only turn on to the high setting. The changing piece is convenient for when you don’t want to go across the house in the middle of the night to her changing table, but I suggest investing in the cloth cover pads because the plastic is cold!!!

Great except for the vibrator feature...

We got this on our registry and we fell in love right away. However, one MAJOR issue we've been having lately is the batteries on the portable bouncer barely last, and when we put in a new battery it takes forever to actually vibrate at all! It would be so much better if this feature was connected to a wall outlet, that way I would give this product 5 stars. I would say that vibration feature is not very reliable, and we need it because our baby girl sleeps better with it on. Everything else works great.

the instructions suck luckily i was able to find the graco baby you tube channel even tho it sucked because i had to watch more then one video to set up....not able to give a full review since i haven't used it yet but it looks like it will be nice.

After 23 years from having my 1st baby I was starting all over again and since then there is so much that have changed it was overwhelming. When I started my baby registry there was so much stuff for each little thing. When looking for a playard, this one had all I needed in just one pice. And the reviews helped me decide it was the best choice. And surely it was. The quality is great, the features are amazing and most important my baby loves it. She loves the bouncy and the changing table is great. The electronic module is very helpful with the night light and lovely sounds.

Versatile with good accessories

I am an expecting first time mom. I put this thing together by myself. The playard part was super easy, even the bassinet. The challenging parts were the bouncer and changing table: I found the instructions to be pretty terrible, so I went onto YouTube and watched a couple videos which helped me tremendously, and I was able to get the entire playard & accessories assembled in about an hour. I will suggest to other moms to do this before you're 9 months pregnant! I love this playard. It's so much nicer than the others I've seen out there right now: the materials used are all very soft and I love the fact that the bouncer can be removed and used around the house. I have not had any troubles with the vibrations as other reviewers have stated, but I haven't had my baby yet. But every time I've turned it on and fiddled with it, it has worked. I agree with another reviewer in that the screws on the light/sound unit look structural and should be marked plainly to remove them in order to change the batteries. I had to go back into the manual after I'd already put it away. Changing batteries should never be something you have to check the manual over. Overall I'm very glad I got this playard. The only changes I'd make would be to the instruction manual, not to the actual playard or accessories themselves, with the exception of the screws on the light and sound unit.

Looks nice.and sturdy

I just got the product a few weeks ago and we finally set it up today. I thought the Styrofoam on the support bars for the cradle were part of the packaging. But that was cause I didn't read the manual when i was setting it up. But other than that we felt the play yard is actually quite nice. Everything looks like it can handle our toddler for awhile. I guess my minor complaint would be that the vibration function and the noise maker all use batteries. I guess i just prefer a plug in option rather than constantly changing batteries
