Why Engineers Should not Be Product Managers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A dishwasher should not only be effective at cleaning dishes, but also be designed from the perspective of how someone would actually use it - i.e.,Human Factors 101. The team that designed the user interface for this model clearly never took that course! The controls and user feedback are user-hostile. It's great that it's quiet, but you shouldn't have to trade off low dBA for a 3 ½ hour basic wash and dry cycle. It is a classic case of engineering gone amuck. I would never another.
Cons: Hard To Use

Exceptional at clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Jennair dishwasher. Nothing else works as well. Tried to buy a high end other brand and it wasn’t an organized lay out which meant dishes don’t get at clean. I also appreciate the wash options as well as how quiet it is. You only hear the water running on occasion during the entire wash, exceptional. Makes dishes fun, almost.
