Performs well, quiet, poor documentation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent dishwasher, washing much better than the older KitchenAid unit it replaced and extremely quiet. Smart interface, providing control and status via an app, is useful on an appliance with no visible display when closed / operating.
No model-specific documentation is provided, which is an issue when, with the three rack configuration there are only limited combinations of rack settings, including orientation of the silverware trays, that are usable. Top rack trays can only be orientated fore & aft when the middle rack is in the up position, which is where it must be to wash standard dinner plates in the bottom rack.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction

Life Changing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is amazing! I had an Electrolux Icon before and it was horrible. It was very loud, did not dry well and I had to scrub all dishes and cutlery before putting it in the dishwasher otherwise it would not come out clean. My new Jenn-Air has been the best appliance I’ve ever purchased. It dries exceptionally well, even my toddler’s plastic dishes are dried completely. I can also put in cutlery, casserole dishes, crock pot dish, pans etc with baked on sauces even the next day and they come out spotless. This dishwasher has made my life so much easier and I put everything in there. Also love the top 3rd rack for odd items like measuring spoons, spatulas and sippy cup straws. I’m also looking forward to using the bottle cleaning cycle once baby #2 arrives. Lastly, the dishwasher is whisper quiet and can be run at anytime. I highly recommend this dishwasher - you will not be disappointed!

The negatives are we can't fit our dinner plates in the bottom with the 3rd shelve in..we have had to remove the top rack and raise the middle rack
