Can't hear it run!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 2 of these dishwashers in our kitchen. Cleaning is superior and I literally cannot hear them running even when both are on at the same time. Lots of rack space is a bonus.

So QUIET!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 20 year old Bosch with the JennAir. Cleans great. Love the adjustable rack. Cleans great ... still doesn't dry plastics completely. Best thing is how quiet this dishwasher is. It's hard to tell it's even running.

Neither filter nor capacitive buttons work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I’ve been disappointed since day one.
I tried to activate the smart features by connecting it to Wifi, but the app and website are so miserably broken that after 2 years I still can’t seem to get it working. I also can’t find a manual for download!
The capacitive buttons are a terrible idea. They don’t work when your hands are wet — which is what happens when you do dishes! I have to fight with them about 80% of the time I try to start a load.
It does a fine job cleaning, and the third rack is nice for knives. However, the filter system is terrible. The quick start guide says to scrape off any food bigger than a grain of rice, which is what we do. Nevertheless, the spray arms get clogged with debris regularly. I often find bell pepper seeds and the like are stuck in the Jets and need to be flushed out. Meanwhile the filters have nothing in them.
I feel strongly that I won’t be buying another whirlpool company dishwasher, and Jenn Air is certainly not worth the markup.

Cons: Difficult To Clean, Hard To Use

My dishes were never this clean

I love the lights, and it makes it easy to see the dishes when loading and unloading. I love the settings that I can do a high temp scrub, and steam, clean all in one dish wash session. The dishwasher is very quiet and efficient. I’ve had many other brands of dishwashers, and this is by far the best!! we got a third rack for silverware, and my only issue is my taller plates. Do not fit when I have the silverware rack inside the dishwasher. The rollers for the rocks are tight and smooth and they do not jiggle from side to side, so there is quality construction.

Our dishes have never been cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love how clean our dishes get when using this dishwasher, this dishwasher cleans out dishes better than any dishwasher we ever owned. The one issue is we have the silverware rollout shelf. We can not have our tall items int he bottom and the top rack up high when the 3rd drawer is in place. So we have to take that out when we have taller items. They really should make the tup about 1-2 inches higher. So all 3 racks can stay in at the same time and tall items could fit in the bottom. So we have to stagger our dishwashing.
